The NEET exam timing 2025 has been announced by NTA. As per the revised NEET paper timing, the NEET exam will be held from 2 PM to 5 PM. The exam will be conducted in pen and paper mode across various centres in India and abroad. Candidates appearing for the medical entrance exam must report at their respective allotted NEET exam centres on time to complete pre-exam formalities without fail.

The NEET exam centre will be opened at 11 AM 3 hours before the exam commences. The NEET reporting time 2025 will conclude at 1:30 PM. Aspirants who enter the exam centre of NEET after the reporting time will not be allowed to enter the examination hall under any circumstances. NEET exam duration is 3 hours. Students will have to answer a total of 180 multiple choice questions (MCQs) from subjects namely Physics, Chemistry and Biology. The NTA has announced the official NEET exam timing 2025. The NEET 2025 will be conducted from 2 PM to 5 PM (180 minutes) in offline mode. The NEET UG 2025 exam date is May 4, 2025. This year, the NTA revised the NEET exam timings. As per the revised NEET exam duration, the exam will be held in 3 hours. Earlier, the NEET UG was conducted for 3 hours and 20 minutes (200 minutes).
With the removal of additional NEET exam timings, the NTA also changed the NEET exam pattern 2025. Section B with optional questions from the NEET question paper was also removed. With this, candidates will now have to answer only 180 MCQs instead of 200 questions in the NEET.

Candidates must reach the NEET exam centre as per the NEET 2025 reporting time to avoid any hassle or delay. They shall report to the examination centre to complete security checks, verification of documents and other NEET procedures on time.
Aspirants must carry their NEET admit card 2025 along with a passport-size photograph, valid ID proof to the exam centre as no student will be permitted to enter the exam hall without it.
The NEET dress code 2025 is compulsory for both male and female candidates. The NTA has specified NEET 2025 dress for male and female students. However, candidates with NEET customary dress code such as Turban, Hijab, or Burqa have to report early for security checks.
Candidates must not carry prohibited items such as calculators, mobile phones, smart watches, earphones, bluetooth, wallet and other banned items to the NEET exam centre.
NEET aspirants must stay away from unfair means, misbehavior, cheating and other activities during the entrance exam. Otherwise, it can lead to disqualification or cancellation of candidature.
Candidates must provide the same information on the NEET OMR sheet as mentioned in the admit card and application form of NEET.
Aspirants must not write anything on the admit card or damage it as it can have serious repercussions.
