If your fingerprints don’t get verified on the NEET exam day, you may still be allowed to appear for the exam, but the invigilators will follow specific guidelines set by NTA. They may verify your identity through alternative means like photo ID and admit card. Any discrepancy is usually reported to the authorities for further action. It's important to remain calm and cooperate with the exam staff to resolve the issue.
Hope this helps you,

Hello,
If your fingerprints have dried up and become flaky, it might cause issues with biometric verification during the NEET exam . However, this should not stop you from giving the exam. If fingerprint verification fails, the exam authorities may use alternative methods like manual verification with an ID proof or other biometric checks.
To avoid issues, you can try moisturizing your hands regularly before the exam. If the problem persists, you can inform the authorities at the exam center. It’s always good to carry multiple ID proofs just in case.
Hope it helps !
