To complete the NEET UG 2025 registration process, applicants have to follow a few steps. Firstly, they should visit the official website of NEET, neet.ntaonline.in and click on the registration link. - Visit the NEET official website neet.nta,nic.in 2025 and click on the NEET 2025 registration link
- Enter the name of the candidate

- Enter the date of birth of the candidate
- Mention the gender and nationality of the candidate
- Select the category of the applicant
- Select the identification type of the candidate
- Provide a valid mobile number and email ID (for OTP verification)

Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) is not a core MBBS program, so the NEET cut-off for BPT is generally lower than for MBBS or BDS. In many states, candidates with NEET scores around 250–400 have a good chance depending on reservation and seat availability. Some colleges even offer admission without NEET based on 12th marks.

With an AIQ rank of 673243 and ST category rank of 27479, the chances of getting an MBBS seat in a Government Medical College in Maharashtra are very low. ST candidates do have relaxed cutoffs, but usually, the cutoff for ST in government colleges is under 1.5–2 lakh. You may try for private colleges under ST quota or wait for mop-up rounds.

Unfortunately you can not get admission with this 673243 rank in a government MBBS college due to the All India quota is 15% which cover a little bit number of students from the whole number of students .
Inspite of having a 85% State Quota , it is too difficult to get admission in a government MBBS college.
