Centralized counselling is conducted for filling state quota seats, first in online mode consisting of two rounds.The online rounds is being conducted followed by a manual mop-up for filling vacant seats. To participate in the counselling process, the candidate must be included in the Uttarakhand MBBS 2019 merit lists, which has been released and prepared using NEET scores for the current academic session. Eligible candidates then have to get registered for Uttarakhand MBBS 2019 counselling and seat allotment. Uttarakhand MBBS seat allotment will be based on both the state merit rank of the candidate and choices opted for admission. Some 661 medical and 200 dental seats will be offered through Uttarakhand MBBS 2019 counselling process. The seat allotment of Uttarakhand MBBS 2019 is done separately for each each of the two online counselling rounds and also mop-up round. Both the merit rank of the candidates and choices entered by them taken into account for making seat allotments. Uttarakhand MBBS 2019 seat allotment result for round two has been published on July 31.
Uttarakhand MBBS seat allotment result would be published online in downloadable PDF format on the official website of Uttarakhand MBBS Admission 2019, and has also been updated on this page. No login is required to download the seat allotment list, which contains information like the merit rank of the candidate, name, gender, and NEET details.
Candidates who have been allotted seats in round one were also be able to opt for up-gradation in second round. And in case the candidate gets an upgraded seat in round two, the seat allotted in the first round stands cancel.

HNBUMU has released the seat allotment list of round two for Uttarakhand MBBS counselling 2019. The link to download the counselling result is available on this page. Candidates who have qualified NEET 2019 and are listed in Uttarakhand MBBS 2019 merit list are eligible to participate in the counselling process.
The counselling of Uttarakhand MBBS 2019 for state quota seats is being conducted in centralized online mode by HNBUMU. To participate in the Uttarakhand MBBS 2019 counselling process, candidates need to get registered for the specific round. Online counselling will be conducted in two rounds, after which a manual mop-up round will be conducted to fill any vacant seats that are left.
To register, one has to furnish details like NEET 2019 roll number and application number, valid mobile number, and other details. The candidate will also be required to upload scanned copies of relevant documents. Use NEET roll number for login purpose.
Upon successfully entering these details, the candidate will receive a verification code on their mobile number, which will be required for completing subsequent steps in the registration process.
As part of the registration process, the candidate will also have to pay the registration cum counselling fee of Rs. 2000, which is same for Round I and II. The fee for participation in mop-up round is Rs. 100.

Upon successful registration, the candidate have to participate in choice filling. If the candidate is satisfied with the choices, they may lock the choices before the last date. Or else last filled choices will automatically get locked.
For subsequent round, already registered candidates are able to enter fresh choices or edit already entered choices. After entering the choices, the candidate needs to take a printout of the finally submitted choices for future reference.
In such cases if the candidate doesn’t fill any choices, s/he will not be considered for seat allotment.

I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but there's no reputed Institute who provides 6 months course for neet preparation. For example, if i tell you about reputed institutes like Aakash and Allen Institutes then they don't provide admission for neet preparation just six months before neet. Similar is the case with other institutes , so they no coaching institute will provide you admission now.
I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but there's no coaching who provides admission for neet preparation just six months before neet as syllabus is wide and it's really difficult for coaching centers to cover the complete neet syllabus in six months time and yes there are not many students wanting to take admission just six months before neet and so they can not start a new batch with you only , so there are numerous reasons because of which you can not get a coaching right now. You need to focus on self study and believe me you can crack meet with flying colours and fulfil your dream of becoming a doctor with self study.
You will not be able to join any main course now as most of the institutes have their last batch starts in the month of August. Certainly many institutes can offer you to join their batches but in most of them atleast 20% of the syllabus is done, and in some cases even 50%(April batches).
