Uttarakhand MBBS Application Form 2019 - Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Uttarakhand Medical Education University (HNBUMU) has released the registration cum application form of Uttarakhand MBBS 2019 for round 2 of online counselling on July 16 and the link to register is available on this page below. Uttarakhand MBBS 2019 application forms has been open in online mode only and are invited for filling state and management quota MBBS/BDS seats in medical and dental colleges in the state. Admission to state quota seats is conducted first through two online counselling rounds and then a mop-up round; a second mop-up round was held, but only for BDS seats. Registration for Uttarakhand MBBS 2019 admission is conducted separately for each round, with candidate having to fill the application form for the round they are participating in. For example, if a candidate skips round I, they can still participate in round II by paying the application fee and filling the form.

The application form of Uttarakhand MBBS 2019 has been released separately for each of the counselling rounds, including mop-up round. So, depending on the round the candidate is participating in, the corresponding application has to be filled. Uttarakhand MBBS 2019 application form for Round I of counselling was released on June 28. Registrations for all the rounds will be available in online mode.
Also, while a candidate who wishes to participate in all the counselling rounds has to fill the application form separately each time, the application fee has to be paid only once. In case of candidates who skips Round I of counselling, but wishes to participate in Round I or mop-up round, they can fill the application form by paying the application fee.
Please note Uttarakhand MBBS 2019 counselling for Round I and II will be conducted in online mode, followed by mop-up round which will be conducted in manual mode. Spot admission will be offered during mop-up round.

Step 1 - Registration
To start the registration process of Uttarakhand MBBS 2019 admission, the candidate will have to enter following details:
NEET 2019 roll number
NEET 2019 application number
Security code displayed on screen
After entering the details, the candidate has to click on the Submit button. An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number of the candidate; enter the OTP to get the mobile number verified.
Once the verification process is over, the candidate will be redirected to the login home page.

Step 2 - Update data and upload documents
The candidate has to next login to the newly registered account using NEET Roll number (the default user ID), password and captcha to access the Uttarakhand MBBS 2019 application form. The password is the verification code sent on the registered mobile number.
The application form will have various sections like personal, contact, qualifying exam, etc. details, all of which have to be duly filled.
In this section the candidate will have to enter domicile, category, sub-category, whether he/she is a ward of Kashmiri migrant.

Step 3 - Payment of application fee
The Uttarakhand MBBS 2019 application form fee has to be paid in online mode only using net banking, credit or debit cards. Also depending on the counselling round the fee will vary, as shown in the table below.
Round I and II
Upon successful payment of the application fee, a receipt for confirmation will be generated. The candidate needs to download and take a printout of the receipt.
Step 4 - Filling of choices
This is the penultimate step of Uttarakhand MBBS 2019 application form filling process. The seat allotment of Uttarakhand MBBS 2019 will be based on both the state merit of the candidate and also choices entered. So, one should do due diligence when making choice entry.
Upon submission of choices, the application process is over and registration confirmation page will be generated.
Step 5 - Print registration page
Download and take a printout of the confirmation page as it might be required for future reference.

Candidates seeking admission to state quota seats in the state of Uttarakhand are required to meet the prescribed eligibility criteria of Uttarakhand MBBS 2019 admission. Ans: Considering admission will be based on NEET scores only, unless the candidate has qualified NEET 2019, he/she will not be considered for admission.

Can a candidate fill the application cum registration form in Round II, if they didn't participate in Round I?

I think you should prepare for NEET along with your BVSC 1st year studies because leaving the course before securing MBBS seat is a matter of risk . But if you are confident about your selection in NEET you can take the risk . If you are thinking it's impossible to do the both then please take me as an example .
I myself also gave HS in 2016 and I take BSc chemistry Hons . After completing my first year I started preparing for NEET with some of my friends . I prepared for NEET along with my 2nd year studies and in NEET 2018 I got a seat in govt bds . I left chemistry course and joined BDS . Even after joining BDS , I again prepared for NEET and now I am a MBBS student .
So it's definitely possible to continue both the studies with calculated efforts and dedication . Now think properly and choose your way wisely .
