NEET UG is the largest entrance exam for candidates seeking admission to MBBS, BDS and AYUSH courses including BAMS. The BAMS admission will be based on NEET UG scores across government and private colleges in India. Candidates who score the equal or above the qualifying BAMS cut off marks will be eligible for the counselling process and for BAMS admission.
BAMS admission through NEET for government colleges will be offered through counselling conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). The BAMS admission through NEET UG is conducted for 15% All India Quota seats in government, deemed and central universities. The BAMS NEET cut off is of two types: Qualifying cut off and admission cut off. The BAMS NEET qualifying cutoff marks are the minimum marks a candidate needs to score to qualify NEET exam. Through admission cut off, admission is granted to the students in the BAMS government colleges.
