    The declaration of the Re NEET 2026 results has been followed by OMR controversy with several candidates claiming differences between their expected and actual marks. Many students claimed that the Re NEET 2026 OMR sheet uploaded by the NTA did not match the answers they had marked in the examination. Students alleged that the NEET 2026 OMR sheets have been swapped or altered, demanding a re-evaluation. Responding to the claims, the NTA clarified that many of the viral Re NEET OMR sheets 2026 were AI generated. The authority warned people of legal action against those circulating fabricated documents.

    Re NEET 2026 OMR Mismatch Controversy

    On July 16, the NTA announced the Re NEET 2026 result. Soon after the declaration of the NEET UG result, several candidates took to social media claiming that their final scores were lower than what they had calculated using the NEET 2026 official answer key. Some of the Re NEET 2026 OMR mismatch issues which surfaced on social media were:

    • A student claimed that she expected 595 marks in the Re NEET 2026 exam however, she got only 60 marks.

    • Students claimed that their scanned OMR sheets did not match the answers they remembered marking.

    • The Re NEET OMR sheet 2026 available on the NTA’s official website appeared to have changed after the objection window.

    Re NEET 2026 OMR Mismatch: NTA Responds To Score Discrepancy Claims

    Responding to all the allegations, the NTA clarified that it examined the complaints received from students on Re NEET OMR sheet mismatch and found that some of the response sheets being circulated online were not original. According to the NTA, certain response sheets submitted for verification were AI generated OMR sheets NEET 2026. The original scanned OMR records available with the NTA did not match the manipulated copies circulating on social media.

    According to the NTA, on forensic examination, it was found that the viral OMR sheet circulating on social media was digitally manipulated. Only candidate’s identity details were altered while the barcode, test booklet number and shading patterns of all 180 responses remained identical to the original OMR sheet available in NTA’ records.     Re NEET 2026 OMR Discrepancy: NTA Warns Of Legal Action

    With so many Re NEET 2026 OMR sheet issues circulating on social media, the NTA warned the public of legal action. The authority stated that individuals found creating or circulating fake Re neet omr sheets may face legal action. The NTA said that circulating fabricated documents create unnecessary panic among students. The authority further stated that it may initiate legal proceedings not only against candidates submitted forged documents but also against any third party involved in creating, supplying, brokering or amplifying such fabricated Re NEET OMR sheets 2026.
