• Candidates must fulfil all the conditions of NEET eligibility criteria as set by the authorities

• Medical aspirants must be a domicile of the state for admission to Gujarat MBBS

• Candidates who have cleared their class 10+2 examination from any Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNVs) located outside the state are eligible to apply for Gujarat NEET admission 2024. Also, those who have studied from JNVs of the state till class 8 are also eligible

• Those aspirants whose parents are of Indian origin but they are not in possession of Indian citizenship and have applied for Gujarat MBBS 2024 admission will have to furnish document of proof for the same

Gujarat MBBS admission 2024 - Eligibility criteria (NRI Quota)

Candidates belonging to NRI quota must have passed their class 12 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as their primary subjects. For Gujarat MBBS 2024 admission under NRI quota, it is mandatory for candidates to secure the minimum qualifying percentile in the national level medical entrance examination. Such candidates seeking admission to Gujarat MBBS will have to furnish the ‘Provisional Eligibility Certificate’ from the university concerned under a month of their admission.

Medical aspirants must fill the application form for Gujarat MBBS 2024 admission in online mode. For this there are certain points that candidates are required to keep in mind, they are as follows:

• Prior to filling the application form for Gujarat MBBS 2024 admission. medical aspirants will have to purchase a 14 digit pin number and the prospectus for admission. This can be purchased online by paying a fee of Rs 1,000 (non-refundable) + Rs 11,000 (refundable)

• Candidates will have to enter personal, communication and academic details in the application form for admission to Gujarat MBBS

• After filling in all the required details, candidates will have to submit the form and take 2-3 printouts of the same for future reference

• As and when the process of registration for Gujarat NEET admission 2024, registered candidates will have to report at the assigned centre for document verification process. They will have to carry original and self attested copies of below-mentioned documents

Gujarat MBBS merit list 2024

The admission conducting authority releases the merit list for Gujarat MBBS 2024 admission in PDF format. Those candidates who register themselves successfully and fulfil the eligibility conditions are included in the merit list for admission to Gujarat MBBS. Details like candidate’s NEET roll number, scores, All India Rank, state merit rank, category, qualifying status, etc. will be included in the merit list.

Gujarat NEET counselling 2024

ACPUGMEC conducts Gujarat MBBS counselling in online mode for all eligible aspirants. Only those candidates who are included in the merit list of Gujarat MBBS are eligible to participate in the counselling. Candidates need to fill and lock choices for course and college in which they wish to seek admission on basis of priority. The authorities conduct seat allotment procedure for Gujarat MBBS/BDS admission 2024 on the basis of availability of seats, choices filled, state merit rank and other factors.

Prior to the conduct of the first round of Gujarat NEET counselling, the authorities provide candidates with the facility of mock counselling. Following this on the basis of mock round, medical aspirants can modify/delete their preferences for Gujarat NEET 2024 admission. After candidates are allotted seats in the counselling for Gujarat MBBS, they are required to report in-person to the allotted college for document submission and completion of the admission procedure.
