NEET UG qualified candidates need to register for Gujarat MBBS 2025 admission by filling the application form. Before ACPUGMEC medical registration 2025, students are required to purchase a 14-digit PIN by paying Rs 1,000 (non-refundable) + Rs 11,000 (refundable) online mode from the official website. After the purchase of the PIN, aspirants can fill out the Gujarat NEET 2025 application form, upload scanned documents as per the specifications, issue of User ID and password submission of the application form, and print it out.
After the completion of the ACPUGMEC medical registration 2025, candidates are required to carry the original and copy of the relevant documents at the help centres for verification purposes. It is extremely important to fill out all the steps of the GACPUGMEC medical registration 2025 form carefully. Therefore, candidates are advised to check the stepwise procedure mentioned below.
Step 1: Purchase 14 digit PIN and online registration
In the first step, candidates are advised to purchase the 14-digit PIN from the designated list of Axis bank branches along with the prospectus.
Aspirants need to pay the Gujarat MBBS application fee 2025 at the branch of Axis bank which is non-refundable. The category-wise application fee is mentioned in the table below.

After receiving the PIN, candidates need to click on the link which has been provided on this page to start filling the Gujarat NEET 2025 application form.
The application form is displayed on the screen, in which aspirants need to click on "new registration" and choose the course name by default, which is medical and paramedical courses.
After that, aspirants need to answer the question "Have you appeared in the NEET 2025 examination?” in yes or no.
After answering the question, a new screen emerges in which candidates have to submit details such as name, PIN, email address, and phone number with a security pin.
Step 2: Filling out Gujarat NEET UG 2025 application form
After the registration process, aspirants are directed to the next step which is filling out the Gujarat MBBS application form. In this step, aspirants need to provide the details mentioned in the table below.

Note: It is important to fill all the details extremely carefully as any error while filling the Gujarat NEET application form 2025 will lead to the cancellation of candidature.
Step 3: Uploading of Scanned Images
Once the application form of Gujarat NEET UG is filled, aspirants need to upload scanned images of passport-size photographs and signatures. Please note that both the photograph and the signature must be uploaded as per the specifications mentioned in the table below.

Step 4: Issuance of User ID and password
A User ID is produced for the registered candidates to log in to the Gujarat NEET application form 2025.
Using the generated User ID and password, aspirants need to log in to the application form to create a password of their choice with at least 6 and a maximum of 12 alphanumeric characters.
Candidates are also required to enter the security pin in the captcha code.
Step 5: Editing and submission of Gujarat MBBS application form 2025
In this step, aspirants must read all the instructions mentioned for submitting the application form, edit it, if required, and then accept the final declaration and click on the 'submit registration details. It is to be noted that all the modifications in the Gujarat MBBS 2025 application form can be done only before the final submission.
Step 6: Printout of the filled Gujarat MBBS 2025 application form
After the successful submission of the Gujarat MBBS application form 2025, candidates need to take out at least two printouts of the application form by clicking on the " Print your details" options. These printouts will be used at the time of Gujarat NEET counselling. Candidates whose application form has been submitted carefully also need to report to the respective help centres specified by the authority for document verification.
Successfully registered candidates must report to the centres along with the documents required for MBBS admission in Gujarat mentioned below.
Note- It is important to confirm the registration at the counselling centres and take a registration slip. Aspirants without the registration slip will not be allowed for Gujarat MBBS 2025 admission.
