Before start registering, students must purchase 14 digit PIN number and prospectus either from the designated Axis banks in person or in online mode by paying Rs. 200. Using the PIN number, aspirants can register to fill Gujarat MBBS online registration 2019. Candidates must read the eligibility conditions set by the authority before filling the application form of Gujarat MBBS/BDS admission 2019. The basic Gujarat MBBS eligibility criteria has been mentioned below.
Aspirants must be a citizen of India or Overseas Citizens of India.
Students applying for Gujarat MBBS admission must be of 17 years old as on December 31, 2019, and should not be more than 25 years old.
Candidates should be a domicile of Gujarat and in order to fulfill the domicile criteria, aspirants must be born or be a resident of Gujarat for at least 10 years.
To fill Gujarat MBBS application form, students must have passed Class 10 and 12 examination from Gujarat Board/CBSE/ICSE/IB/NIOS schools located in Gujarat.
Also, the aspirants who have passed their Class 12 from the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNVs) located outside the state and those who have completed Class 8 from JNVs located in the Gujarat are eligible for admission to MBBS and BDS courses.
Aspirants must have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as the main subject in Class 12. They must have passed the qualifying examination by securing 50% for general category, while 45% for PH candidates and 40% for reserved category candidates.
NRI students who wish for admission to UG medical and dental courses must have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as primary subjects.

Step 1 - Purchase of 14 digit PIN number and online registration
For Gujarat MBBS/BDS online registration, first of all, aspirants have to purchase the 14 digit PIN number from the designated list of Axis bank branches along with the prospectus. To know the list of Axis Bank - Click here
Also, the candidates have to pay the application fee at the branch of Axis bank which is non-refundable. The application fee of Gujarat MBBS 2019 is mentioned in the table below.
After getting the PIN number, candidates can click on the link which has been provided on this page to start filling Gujarat MBBS application form 2019.
The application form will be displayed on the screen, in which students have to click on “new registration” and choose the default course name, which is medical and paramedical courses.
Thereafter, answer of the question that “Have you appeared in NEET 2019 examination?” in yes or no.
With answering the asked question, a new screen will appear on the screen asking for the requisite details such as name, PIN number, email address, mobile number with a security pin. It is mandatory to provide the requisite details to complete the registration procedure.
Once the details are filled, a One Time Password (OTP) number will send to the registered mobile number. Entering the OTP number in the space provided will confirm the completion of registration and candidates can proceed to fill Gujarat MBBS & BDS application form 2019.
Step 2 - Filling of Gujarat MBBS 2019 application form
Once candidates have registered themselves, they will be directed to the next step of filling of application form.
In this step, aspirants have to provide the following personal, academic, contact and NEET UG details.
Personal details - Name of candidate, father’s name, category, date of birth, nationality, domicile status etc.
Academic details - Marks obtained in Class 12, maximum marks, total percentage, board details, name and address of school and others
Address details - Permanent address like name of city/town/village, state, nationality. Click on the box if the correspondence and permanent address is same.
NEET details - Roll number, application number, marks obtained in NEET UG 2019, All India Rank, Category rank and other details

Step 3 - Uploading of scanned images

Step 4 - Issuance of User ID and password

Using the user ID, candidates have to login to the application form to create a password of their choice with at least 6 and maximum 12 alphanumeric characters.

Step 5 - Editing and submission of Gujarat MBBS application form 2019
