Hey, government college does need NEET results to get the admission to BPT and for the private colleges you need the merit list and can be determined through it. Some colleges like Chitkara University (Punjab), Rayat Bahra, RV College (Bangalore), Dr. D.Y. Patil (Navi Mumbai). Admission is officially takes on 10+2 marks examination.

With 447 marks (AIR 126183) and JK domicile under the Open Merit category, getting MBBS at ASCOMS Jammu through the state quota is unlikely, as the 2024 cutoff was around 489 marks.
you may have a chance through the management quota, which doesn’t have a strict cutoff but involves higher fees (around Rs5 lakh per year).
