Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) releases the IPU NEET application form in online mode. As per the latest update, the authority has extended the IPU NEET application form date. Candidates can fill out the IPU NEET application form 2026 till August 24 at ipu.admissions.nic.in. A link to fill the IPU NEET application form 2026 is provided here.

While filling out the IPU NEET 2026 application form, students need to enter their personal, academic, communication, and NEET 2026 details. Applicants are required to upload scanned copies of the relevant documents and pay an application fee in the IPU MBBS/BDS application form.
Once the NEET exam result is announced, candidates need to provide their score details in phase 2 of the NEET IPU application form 2026. For successfully registered candidates, authorities will publish the IPU NEET merit list on the official website. Before filling out the IPU MBBS registration 2026 form, students must ensure that they fulfill the required eligibility criteria. Check the IPU MBBS eligibility criteria below.
Nationality: Along with Indian nationals, Overseas and Nepalese citizens are also eligible to fill the IPU NEET application form.
Age: As per NEET 2026 eligibility criteria, students applying for MBBS/BDS admission must have attained a minimum age of 17 years.
Educational requirements: To fill out the GGSIPU medical application form, candidates should have appeared/passed class 12 examinations with at least 50% marks. For SC/ST/OBC candidates, the minimum marks required are 40%.
Delhi quota: To apply under the Delhi category, applicants must have passed classes 11 and 12 from a recognized school in the state.
Subjects studied: Applicants wanting to apply for IPU registration for NEET 2026 should have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as their core subjects in class 12.
NEET cutoff: Qualifying the NEET exam by securing the minimum required cutoff marks is mandatory for IPU MBBS 2026 admission.

Step 1: IPU MBBS registration 2026
The link to register for IPU MBBS/BDS admission is provided above.
Click on ‘Registration 2026’
Then, click on 'New Candidate Registration' and enter the required details
Read the instructions that will appear on the screen and click on ‘i agree’
The login details, like username and passwor,d will be displayed on the screen
Step 2: Fill IPU NEET UG 2026 application form
Log in using the user ID, password and security pin
Then, select the course to apply for - MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS
Enter other personal details such as Aadhar card number, nationality, category, region, physically handicapped, defence, and J&K migrant.
Enter your mailing address, state, city, and pin code.
Step 3: Fill in academic details in IPU MBBS application form 2026
Candidates have to enter their class 10 and 12 academic details in the IPU NEET UG 2026 application form. Students have to enter the year of passing, name of the board, name of the school, and percentage of marks scored in classes 10 and 12.
Step 4: Choose a Course
Applicants must choose the course they wish to apply for in the IPU NEET UG 2026 application form. Students have to choose the desired courses (MBBS/BDS) from the drop-down menu.
Step 5: Upload documents in the IPU MBBS registration 2026
After entering all the required details, students have to upload scanned images of the candidate's photograph, signature and left-hand thumb impression. Check the desired specifications for uploading documents below.

Step 6: IPU NEET application fee payment
After entering all details and uploading documents, students will be required to pay the IPU MBBS application fee of Rs 1,500. The fee can be paid in an online mode via credit/debit card/net banking. The application form of IPU NEET 2026 without the application fee will not be accepted by the authorities.
Step 7: Printout of IPU MBBS 2026 application form
After the successful submission of the application form, students should take a printout of the IPU MBBS/BDS application form. After submitting the form, a confirmation page will be generated. Students are advised to take multiple printouts of the confirmation page.
After registration, GGSIPU will prepare an IPU MBBS merit list after the NEET 2026 result is announced. The merit list will be prepared based on candidates’ marks and rank in the NEET 2026 exam. The IPU MBBS merit list 2026 will be published at the official website - ipu.ac.in. Students included in the merit list will be called for counselling for the IPU MBBS.
