Aspirants must be of 17 years of age as on December 31, 2019. While the upper age should not be more than 25 years as on the date of the NEET exam i.e. May 5. There is a relaxation of 5 years for candidates belonging to reserved categories.
An applicant must have passed Class 12 or its equivalent examination from CBSE/ICSE/JMI individually in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English.
General category candidates must have completed Class 12 or equivalent exam with 50% taken together in the above-mentioned subjects. While SC/ST/OBC aspirants must complete the qualifying exam with 40% in PCB and English subjects.

Step 1 - Online registration

Step 2 - Filling the academic details
After submitting the details and uploading the documents in during the IPU MBBS registration procedure, click on ‘Next’ button to proceed further. In the next step, they have to provide their academic details as mentioned below.

Step 3 - Declaration
Once all the details are filled, aspirants will be directed to the final submission page, where they need to accept the declaration page by clicking on ‘I Agree’ button. In case of any changes, students are advised to move back to modify the details, as once the details submitted cannot be edited.
Step 4 - Issuance of login ID and password
Candidates who will complete the IPU MBBS application form 2019, the new page will be open displaying the filled in details in the registration section. The login ID and password will also be mentioned on it. They will receive the login ID and password on their email ID entered in the application form of IPU MBBS 2019. It is advised to keep the login ID and password safe for future logins and do not share it with anyone.

You cannot change any uploaded documents without notification from NTA. If NTA finds the uploaded images to be incorrect, it will notfiy you at your registered email and mobile number. If you do not receive any such notification, consider the uploaded images to be good.
If NTA considers the uploaded photograph not falling within the NTA guidelines, it will notify you at your registered email and mobile no#. Then you need to make the changes. If NTA doesn't notify you, consider the uploaded photograph to be good enough. Keep an eye on your registered email for any such notification from NTA.

Jaswanth, you can change your marks during the correction window.Login to the official website: ntaneet.nic.in with your NEET registration number and Password. Now click on " Correction in NEET application form" and make the desired changes to your application form. But if you have already used the correction window, we would suggest you to leave it the same way because your 12th marks only determine your eligibility for your 12th but do not effect the merit list in NEET. And during the document verification, because you will show your original documents, you will be fine.
