As per the latest medical college NIRF 2025 ranking, the AIIMS Delhi is ranked at number 1 in the NIRF ranking 2025 among medical colleges. The overall rank of AIIMS Delhi is 8. Around 50 medical colleges owned by both government and private are ranked by the Union Ministry under the NIRF ranking 2025.
