The Ministry of Education (MoE) has released the NIRF ranking 2025 of medical colleges on September 4, 2025. As per the latest medical college NIRF 2025 ranking, the AIIMS Delhi is ranked at number 1 in the NIRF ranking 2025 among medical colleges. The overall rank of AIIMS Delhi is 8. Around 50 medical colleges owned by both government and private are ranked by the Union Ministry under the NIRF ranking 2025.

Entrance exams accepted in NIRF ranking 2025 medical colleges

NEET UG scores are widely accepted for admission to undergraduate courses such as MBBS, BDS and BSc Nursing in top medical colleges across the country. The 50% AIQ seats are filled through MCC. The remaining 50% State Quota seats are filled through respective state counselling.
