Candidates must be Indian National/ Persons of Indian origin (PIO)/ Overseas Citizen of India (OCI)card holders.
Candidates should belong to the state of Telangana/ Andhra Pradesh
Candidates must be 17 years of age as of December 31 of the year of admission. Upper age limit for all the candidates is 22 years and that for SC/ST candidates is 25 years as of December 31 of the year of admission.
Candidates should have passed 12th or any examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh with Physical Sciences, Biological or Natural Sciences subjects.

Postgraduate course (MVSc)
Qualification: Candidates must have passed the relevant Bachelor’s degrees from any institution accredited by ICAR/VCI with a minimum OGPA of 6.00 out of 10.00 for general category and 5.00 out of 10.00 for SC/ST/PH category.
Candidates from other states can apply for seats under 15% un-reserves quota as per eligibility.
Age: The upper age limit is 40 years of age as of July 1 of the year of admission including for the candidates holding ICAR Junior Research Fellowship.
