    The National Testing Agency (NTA) issues the NEET admit card in online mode. Candidates need to log in using their NEET application number and date of birth to download their admit cards. After downloading the admit card, students have to affix their passport-size photograph and put their signature as per the NEET 2026 admit card photo specifications.

    Candidates must paste the photograph as per the NEET admit card photo specifications 2026. The affixed photograph should be the same as uploaded in the NEET application form 2026. The NTA will conduct the NEET exam 2026 in offline mode. NEET exam will be held in a pen-paper-based mode in 557 exam cities, which includes 14 NEET 2026 exam centres abroad. Candidates can check their exam city through NEET city intimation slip 2026. Only candidates with the NEET UG hall ticket issued by NTA will be allowed to appear for the medical entrance test.

    What after downloading NEET 2026 admit card?

    Once candidates download and taken a printout of the NEET admit card PDF, they must affix a passport-size photograph to it. It must be noted that the NEET admit card 2026 printout should be coloured. The image should be attached according to the NEET 2026 admit card photo specifications. The photograph attached to the admit card should be the same as the one uploaded in the NEET application form. A separate space is provided in the NEET admit card to affix the photograph.

    NEET 2026 admit card photo specifications

    Check the NEET admit card photo specifications below.

    • The size of the picture as per the NEET 2026 admit card photo size should be 2.5 X 3.5 inches.

    • The photograph uploaded in the application form and affixed to the admit card should not be older than January 1, 2026.

    • As per NEET 2026 admit card photo specifications, the photograph should be taken against a white background.

    • The photograph to be attached to the NEET admit card should be clear with no scratches or marks.

    • At least 80% of the candidate's face should be covered in the NEET 2026 admit card photo.

    • The photograph should be the same as the one uploaded in the NEET application form.

    • The photograph should be clear and should cover 80% of the candidates’ face.
