Arunachal Pradesh MBBS Admission 2019 - DME, Training & Research, Arunachal Pradesh will conduct the counselling cum admission of Arunachal Pradesh MBBS 2019. Arunachal Pradesh MBBS 2019 admission process is for filling 39 state-quota seats, 2 NRI seats, and 1 Faculty seat offered by TRIHMS Medical College, which has a total capacity of 50 seats. Counselling for remaining 8 All India Quota (AIQ) seats (constituting 15% of available seats) will be conducted by DGHS/MCC. Arunachal Pradesh MBBS Eligibility Criteria 2019

To be considered for admission one has to meet all prescribed eligibility criteria of Arunachal Pradesh MBBS 2019 as prescribed by DME Training & Research, Arunachal Pradesh. Among key Arunachal Pradesh MBBS 2019 eligibility criteria the candidate has to meet include that of  nationality, age limit, domicile requirements and academic qualification.

  • Nationality - The candidate needs to be an Indian national. 

  • Age limit - The minimum age limit is 17 years as on December 31, 2019

  • Academic qualification - The candidate must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology scoring minimum 50% marks in aggregate in the three subjects. The candidate also needs to have studied English in 10+2 and must have passed all the subjects individually. In case of such candidates who has locomotors disability of lower limbs, the minimum qualifying marks is 45%.

  • Domicile - Candidates will be put under two categories:

Category-I: Candidates who have PRC and ST Certificate of Arunachal Pradesh belong to this group.

Category-II: This category has further sub-categories.

The application form of Arunachal Pradesh MBBS 2019 will be available for download on the DME, Training & Research, Arunachal Pradesh website. The procedure to fill and submit Arunachal Pradesh MBBS Application Form 2019 is described below: 

How to fill Arunachal Pradesh MBBS 2019 application form

  • Take a printout of the Arunachal Pradesh MBBS 2019 application form 2019 downloaded from DME Arunachal Pradesh website

  • Fill in all relevant details and put your signature

  • Affix recent passport size photograph, which should be the same as used at the NEET 2019 registration

  • Please don’t furnish any original documents with the application form, as it will not be returned. 

  • Arunachal Pradesh MBBS application form 2019 should be filled by the candidate in their own handwriting. Also, the written content must be legible 

  • Put the filled in application form along with necessary documents in a 24 X 12 cm envelope subscribed as “APPLICATION FOR MBBS DEGREE COURSE 2019-2020 SESSION” 

  • Also, the application form and documents should be sent in an “A4 size cloth lined cover”.

  • Finally, the envelope containing the application form and enclosures should be sent to following address:

Documents to be furnished with the Arunachal Pradesh MBBS 2019 application form:

  • NEET- UG 2019 Hall ticket and Score card

  • Mark Sheets of Class 10 and 10+2 ( Please ensure not to photocopy both sides of the mark sheet)

  • Domicile Certificate/PRC issued by District Administration.

  • Community Certificate Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribe Certificate issued by District Administration

Upon receipt of application forms, candidates will be issued registration numbers, which can be checked through the official websites. 

Arunachal Pradesh MBBS Rank List 2019

Admission authorities will publish Arunachal Pradesh MBBS 2019 rank list in online mode after receipt of application forms on its official websites; alternately, rank lists will also be updated on this this page so that candidates can download them. 

The rank list will be prepared based on NEET 2019 marks and will include only such candidates who have qualified in the national-level exam. Also, merit list candidates will be eligible to participate in the counselling and seat allotment process. 

Arunachal Pradesh MBBS Counselling 2019

The counselling of Arunachal Pradesh MBBS 2019 will be a single window system and will be conducted in offline mode. So, merit list candidates will have to report for Arunachal Pradesh MBBS 2019 counselling in person as per the given schedule. Shortlisted candidates will be able to download call letters from the official website.

There will be two normal round of counselling, followed by a mop-up round for filling vacancies. The Round I of Arunachal Pradesh 2019 MBBS counselling will take place tentatively from the third week of July onward.

Arunachal Pradesh MBBS 2019 - Counselling Process

  • In case of special category candidates, there will be no re-allotment or change of allotted college

  • If any seats are left vacant in special category, such seats will be transferred to other categories. 

  • Option once exercised cannot be changed

  • If a candidate skips Round I of counselling, he or she will not be allowed to participate in subsequent rounds of counselling. However, such candidates can authorize their parents, whose decision will be binding. The parent should submit the authorization letter given by the candidate. The parent must also furnish any of following documents: Voter ID, Driving License, PAN Card / Passport

  • A parent/guardian can accompany the candidate to the counselling venue.

  • If there are vacancies in State Quota seats after phase one, such seats will be filled through rank-wise re-allotment.

  • In case of surrendered seats, these will be considered for admission under APST quota.

  • All communication relating to the counselling process will be through the official websites only.
