The Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala conducts the Kerala NEET counselling. Candidates who will qualify the NEET 2026 exam will be eligible for Kerala MBBS BDS counselling. Candidates will have to register and fill the application form to participate in Kerala NEET counselling 2026. Only those candidates who are NEET qualified and are included in the Kerala MBBS merit list 2026 are eligible to register for the Kerala MBBS/BDS counselling. In order to participate in the counselling process, the aspirant must log on to the 'candidate portal' at Kerala NEET counselling official website. On the login page, aspirants must enter their KEAM application number and password provided with the Kerala MBBS application form 2026.

In the next step, candidates have to create a password and then have to click on the 'open registration' button which is made available on the login page. Candidates are advised to retain the password with themselves.

  • Kerala MBBS choice filling and locking

On the choice filling and locking page, candidates can check the list of medical and dental colleges. They then need to click on the name of the institute to add to the preference box and the serial number is displayed on the box. Candidates are allotted seats to the particular college which they filled as preferences during NEET UG choice filling of Kerala. To save the selected option, the candidate must click on the 'save' option after selecting every option. Candidates can also modify or shuffle the options before saving. The selected choices are locked automatically after the stipulated time is over.

  • Kerala MBBS seat allotment process 2026

After the choice and locking section, the authority start the process of Kerala NEET allotment 2026. On the grounds of the state merit rank, Kerala MBBS state merit rank, college preferences as well as the courses, seat availability, and reservation criteria, the Kerala MBBS admission 2026 is granted.

  • Kerala NEET counselling 2026 result

After the process of the seat allotment is over, CEE, Kerala releases the Kerala state counselling NEET UG 2026 results in the online mode. Candidates should know that the result is announced individually for each round in the form of a PDF.

  • Reporting to the allotted college

Candidates who are allotted seats have to report to the designated colleges within the specified time. Aspirants must also carry the relevant documents for verification and completion of the admission process and must also pay the annual fees to join the allotted college in the online mode using the prescribed mode

The list of relevant documents that need to be furnished at the time of Kerala MBBS admission 2026 is mentioned below.

  • Nativity certificate

  • Class 10 or SSLC certificate as proof of birth date

  • Self-attested copy of Class 12 mark sheet or original course attested by the head of the institution last attended.

  • Self-attested copies of HSC or equivalent examination mark sheet

  • NCL certificate (for SEBC/OEC reservation)

  • Community certificate (for SC/ST aspirants)

  • Original certificates for those claiming special reservation

  • Self-attested medical certificate (for PH candidates)
