How to fill Kerala MBBS Application Form 2018?
Filling the application form of Kerala MBBS 2018 is a six-step process. Before filling the application form of Kerala MBBS 2018, it is advised that candidates check eligibility first. Eligible candidates can go through the step-wise procedure given below to fill Kerala MBBS 2018 application form.
Step 1: Click on the link given below to go to ‘Candidate Registration’.
After clicking on the link, read the instructions given on the page, check the checkboxes given under declaration section and click on ‘Proceed for Registration’.
Enter the details asked such as name, date of birth, email ID, mobile number, choose a password, etc. After entering the details, click on ‘Register’ button.
Check the details and confirm your registration by clicking on ‘Confirm’ and note down your ‘Application Number’ which appears thereafter.
Step 2: Upload Photograph, Signature and Left-Hand Thumb Impression.
Upload the images of photograph, signature and left-hand thumb impression as per the size and format mentioned before.
Check the declaration boxes, and click on ‘upload images’ button to complete ‘Step 2’.
Step 3: Fill Kerala MBBS Application Form 2018.
At this stage candidates will have to fill in basic details such as choice of course (in which they can choose MBBS/BDS), personal details, communal reservation, income details, etc.
Make sure that information furnished is correct before submitting. No changes will be allowed after this.
Step 4: Make the payment of Kerala MBBS 2018 Application Fee.
The fee for candidates belonging to general category is INR 500/- and those belonging to SC will have to pay INR 200/- and those from ST category are exempted from the payment of any application fee of Kerala MBBS 2018 application form.
The application fee for Kerala MBBS 2018 application form can be paid in both offline and online mode.
After online payment, a payment confirmation page will be displayed on the screen and payment tab in KEAM 2018 portal will turn green in case of successful transaction.
In case one chooses to make payment through offline mode of e-Challan, then the challan will be generated after online submission of KEAM 2018 application. The e-challan so generated, should be deposited to a post office in Kerala along with the requisite fee. After the payment successfully gets remitted to CEE, the payment tab in KEAM 2018 candidate portal will turn green. Candidates should login to the portal time to time and keep a track of the payment tab. In case the tab doesn’t turn green, candidates must contact post office and ask for payment status.
Step 5: Take a printout of duly filled application form of Kerala MBBS 2018.
Click on the ‘print’ button to take the printout of Kerala MBBS application form 2018.
Affix a recent passport size photograph on it and get it attested by either a Gazetted officer or the head of the institution in which one studied from.
Step 6: Send the printout of Kerala MBBS application form 2018 with supporting documents to CEE office.
Following documents must be sent with Kerala MBBS 2018 application form to the office of CEE:-
Class 10th or SSLC certificate for date of birth proof.
Self-attested copy of Class 12th or HSC marksheet, OR, original course certificate attested by the head of institution in which one studied/studying.
Self-attested copies of HSC or equivalent marksheets (including marks of Physics, Chemistry and Biology).
NCL Certificate (applicable for those claiming SEBC/OEC reservation)
Community Certificate (if claiming SC/ST reservation)
Original certificates for those claiming special reservation.
Medical certificate (self-attested), if applying for people with disability quota.
