The Commissioner of Entrance Exams (CEE), Kerala, conducts the Kerala NEET UG counselling in online mode. The authority will release the Kerala NEET 2026 application form on its official website: cee.kerala.gov.in. NEET 2026 qualified candidates, wishing to apply for the state quota seats, will have to fill the Kerala MBBS BDS application form 2026 on or before the last date. NEET qualified candidates wishing to participate in the counselling process are required to submit their scores later. Candidates must check the Kerala MBBS/BDS 2026 eligibility criteria below.
Age limit - Candidates must be at least 17 years of age.
Educational Qualification- Aspirants must pass Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English by scoring qualifying marks in each subject. Along with this, candidates must pass Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology (PCB) in Class 12th with at least 50% (40% for SC/ST category and 45% for SEBC) in aggregate.
Nativity - For admission to 85% seats of government colleges and 50% seats of private colleges, candidates need to show that they are Indian citizens of Kerala origin.
NEET 2026 qualification- Only those candidates who will qualify for NEET 2026 with at least 50th percentile (45th percentile for UR-PH candidates and 40th percentile for reserved category candidates) will be eligible for Kerala MBBS admission 2026.

The application process for Kerala MBBS admission is a six-step process. Candidates eligible to apply for Kerala MBBS admission can check the detailed procedure to fill Kerala MBBS BDS application form 2026 below.
Step 1: Registration
Step 2: Fill Kerala MBBS Application Form 2026
Firstly, candidates need to select the course in which they seek to admission. In this case, candidates must select the MBBS and BDS course.

Then, they need to enter the communication details like the permanent address and a communication address.
Now, enter academic details about Class 12 like subject details, board.
In the next step, candidates are required to enter details related to communal reservation whether candidates claiming a special reservation quota or PwD quota. Also, details related to the income certificate need to the entered in this step.
Now, sign the declaration and confirm that the details submitted are correct. Applicants are provided with an edit option, in case, they need to change the information submitted.
Step 3: Pay application fee
Kerala MBBS application form fee is INR 625/- for general category candidates and INR 250/- for SC category candidates. ST candidates are exempted from paying the Kerala MBBS application fee and those who do not come under SC or ST category is considered under general category. The fee can be via offline or online mode i.e. Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking/e-challan. After the payment of the fee through the online mode, the payment confirmation page is displayed on the screen and payment tab in KEAM 2026 portal turns green in the case of the successful transaction.
If candidates are making through e challan, then the challan is generated after the submission of Kerala MBBS 2026 application form. The e-challan should be deposited to a post office in Kerala along with the requisite fee. After the payment successfully gets remitted to CEE, the payment tab in KEAM MBBS 2026 candidate portal turns green. Candidates should log in to check the payment status. In case the tab doesn’t turn green, candidates should contact the post office concerned and ask for payment status.
Step 4: Upload Documents
In this step, candidates need to upload documents i.e. photograph, signature and left thumb impression as per the specifications given in the table below.

After uploading all the documents, candidates need to sign the declaration and click on the ‘Upload Images’ button.
Step 5: Print the Kerala MBBS application form 2026
Candidates should take the printout of the main page of the Kerala MBBS 2026 application form and affix a recent passport-size photograph on it and get it attested by either a Gazetted officer or the head of the institution last attended.

Step 6: Print the confirmation page
Once the application procedure is complete, a candidate must take the printout of the confirmation page that appears on the screen after the payment of the application fee.
