Kerala MBBS Application Form 2017: The counselling conducting authority of Kerala, Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala has extended the deadline of its latest round of application forms from July 6 to July 8. The CCE had earlier released fresh application forms of Kerala MBBS 2017 from July 2 for the third time. Candidates who appeared in NEET 2017 which was conducted on May 7 and were desirous to take admissions in 85% state quota seats as well as private/deemed/central and private universities, were mandatorily required to fill the Kerala MBBS application form 2017 (KEAM 2017) between February 1 and March 9, 2017. Those who failed to do so would now have a new chance as CCE Kerala announced a new application window which will be from July 2 to July 6, now extended to July 8. The second window had earlier been open from June 4 to June 15, 2017. Candidates who have appeared in NEET 2017 but have not filled the application form of Kerala MBBS 2017 will not be eligible for admissions in medical and dental colleges of Kerala. However, those candidates will be eligible for admissions under 15% quota seats only, which will be provided through Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). Kerala MBBS 2017 application form is available in online mode only but the form has to be submitted in both online and offline modes.
The last date to fill Kerala MBBS 2017 application form is July 8 (extended from July 6), 2017.
The last date to receive Kerala MBBS 2017 application form as a hard copy in CEE, Kerala office is July 8, 2017.
The application fee can be paid via online method only i.e. via Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking or E-challan.
If the payment mode is e-challan, the applicant is needs to take a print out either at selected branches of Travancore (SBT) or all head and sub-post offices in Kerala.

There are six steps to fill Kerala MBBS BDS 2017 application form. Candidates can check below for the step wise step procedure to fill application form of Kerala MBBS BDS 2017:

After clicking on the link, candidates will have to do the registration process
Registration for Kerala MBBS BDS 2017 is a one time process. During the registration, candidates will receive an application number. Then candidates will have to create a password. Please ensure to remember the application number and password till the final process of application form. Now, candidates will have to re-login to start filling up the application form.
Now, the second step is to upload images. Here, candidates will have to upload a recent passport size photo, signature and the left hand thumb impression in jpeg format.
Filling up application form
The third step is to fill the application form of Kerala MBBS BDS 2017. Here, candidate will have to fill their basic details such as name, educational qualification, parent’s name, date of birth, caste category and address etc. After filling up all the details, candidates will have to click on ‘final submission’ button to continue to next step.
Note: No modification in application form will be allowed after final submission. Therefore, before pressing the final button, candidates are advised to check save and review button to check in case of any mistake.
Application fee payment
During this step, candidates will have to make the fee payment according to their category as mentioned above either via online payment or e-challan.
Print application form
After the fee payment step, candidates will have to print the application form (submitted).Candidates should get the Course Certificate and Nativity Certificate provided in the application
Send the print out of application form along with supporting documents
Now, candidates will have to affix a photograph with 3.5 x 4.5 cm size same as the photograph uploaded on the online application, which has to be duly attested by a Gazetted Officer. Now, candidates will have to send the print out of application form to the below mentioned address on or before 5 pm on July 8, 2017.
