The following tie-breaking criteria is applied in the event that two or more candidates obtain the same mark
Candidates with the highest aggregate marks in the First, Second and Third MBBS examination (Part I and II) are given first preference.
The candidate with the higher aggregate marks in part-I and part-II of the Third MBBS examination (Part I and II) are ranked higher in the
NEET PG 2025 Maharashtra merit list.
Next, preference is given to those with higher aggregate marks in the Second MBBS examination.
One final tie-breaking factor is the age of the applicants, and a medical graduate who is older is given preference.
