Maharashtra PG Medical Merit List 2020 - The Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER) will release Maharashtra PG medical/dental 2020 merit list on March 24 and 26, respectively in online mode. The merit list of Maharashtra PG medical will be released in the form of PDF. The authorities include names of those candidates in the list who successfully qualify NEET PG. Maharashtra PG medical application form 2020 has been released on March 8 in online mode. The authorities will grant admission to around 456 MD, 138 MS and 134 PG Diploma seats through Maharashtra PG medical merit list 2020. The 50% state quota seats in the state of Maharashtra, however, the remaining 50% quota seats will be reserved for All India Quota to be filled by Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) on the basis of NEET PG 2020 scores. Candidates can download Maharashtra PG 2020 medical merit list in the form of PDF by following the steps given below.

2. Next, candidates have to enter Ctrl+f and search for their NEET PG roll numbers and check their qualifying status in Maharashtra PG medical merit list 2020

Maharashtra PG 2020 medical merit list - Tie breaking criteria
In case two or more candidates secure same marks, below-mentioned tie-breaking criteria will apply
First preference will be given to the candidate who secures higher aggregate marks in First, Second and Third MBBS examination (Part I and II)
If the tie exists then the candidate securing higher aggregate marks in Third MBBS examination (Part I and II) will be ranked higher in the medical merit list of Maharashtra PG
Next, candidates with higher aggregate marks in Second MBBS examination will be given preference
The last tie-breaking criteria is the age of candidates. Medical graduate who is older in age will be given preference

On the basis of choices filled and other factors, aspirants will be granted admission to the MD/MS and PG Diploma courses offered in the state. It is mandatory for aspirants to qualify NEET PG 2020 by securing the minimum qualifying percentile.

Will Neet Pg 2021 be postponed?
As of now there is no news about postponing neet pg 2021. As per the official guidelines made by UGC neet pg 2021 exam will be conducted in first week of January 2021.Admit cards will be released in fourth week of December .Neet results will be declared in the fourth week of January.
