How to fill NEET PG 2021 application form - National Board of Examinations (NBE) released the step-by-step guidebook on how to fill the application form of NEET PG 2021 for medical candidates to understand the registration process for the postgraduate entrance exam. NBE released the NEET PG application form 2021 on February 23 in online mode. Only the candidates who fulfill the specified NEET PG eligibility including age, nationality, qualifications, and other specified criteria can start and check the guidebook to fill NEET PG 2021 application form. The steps on how to fill NEET PG 2021 application form include online registration, filling of the application form, uploading of scanned images, selection of exam city, payment of application fees, and a printout of the confirmation page.
It is mandatory to pay NEET PG registration fees in online mode through credit, debit mode and net banking. How to register for NEET PG 2021 - Eligibility
It is important for aspirants to go through the NEET PG eligibility criteria 2021 prior to filling out the application form. The basic eligibility conditions has been mentioned below.
Qualification: Candidates must have complete and furnish MBBS degree or provisional MBBS pass certificate issued by the university-affiliated to the Medical Council of India (MCI).
Registration certificate: Medical graduates should have a permanent or provisional registration certificate issued either by MCI or State Medical Council (SMC).
Internship: 12 months rotatory internship must be completed by aspirants on or before March 31, 2020.

Step 1: NEET PG online registration 2021
To start the application process, aspirants must click on the link available on this page. Fresh applicants need to click on new registration, while already registered candidates must login using their NEET PG candidate ID and password.
New registration: Clicking on the link for fresh registration, an instruction page will be displayed on the screen, which must be read carefully. The instructions will mention the guidelines on how to fill NEET PG 2021 application form. After reading all the instructions, ‘click’ button must be used to proceed further.
Entering registration details: In the next step, applicant need to enter the details related to candidate’s name, date of birth, gender, nationality, email ID and provided security pin.
Confirmation page: Once the registration is done, the page will display the application number and a confirmation page will also be sent to the registered mail ID containing NEET PG application number and password. These details must be saved for future references.
Step 2: Filling of NEET PG 2021 application form
In this step, aspirants need to enter the relevant information related to personal as well as contact details like father’s name, mother’s name, religion, gender, nationality, persons with a disability, AFMS category, mobile number and email ID.
After entering the details, candidates need to enter their identification and address details which includes, ID proof, ID proof number, marks of identification, permanent as well as correspondence address and registration details with Medical Council of India. Thereafter, click on the save and next.
Now, go to the tab namely ‘qualification details’ where applicants have to submit the following details.
State of completion of Class 10 and 12
MBBS details like country of completion, state, city, University name, college and month as well as year of passing
Internship details - location, name of institute, start and end date of internship

Step 3: Uploading of scanned images in NEET PG application
Once all the required details are filled, candidates have to upload the scanned images of passport size photograph and signature. These images should be uploaded as per the specification mentioned in the procedure of how to fill NEET PG application form 2021 and are mentioned in the table below.

Step 4: Choosing the NEET PG exam city
The next step is to select NEET PG exam centre 2021. The list of exam cities available will appear on the screen after clicking on the drop-down. Here, candidates need to click on the state in which they wish to take the online examination. The number of cities and seats available in the selected state will be mentioned. Considering the real-time availability of seats and cities, they need to select an option and click on ‘save and next’ for payment of fees.
Step 5: Payment of NEET PG application fees 2021
Among all the steps of NEET PG registration 2021, this is the crucial one. It is mandatory to pay the application fees as specified by the authority for the successful submission of the form. NEET PG registration fees must be paid in online mode using credit/debit cards or net banking. Since, the authority has not released any official notification, therefore, it is expected that the application fee will remain the same as last year.

Step 6: Printout of NEET PG confirmation page
At the end, candidates will be allowed to cross-check the details entered in the application form of NEET PG 2021. Once the details are matched, take at least three to four printouts of NEET PG confirmation page for future references. The PDF of the confirmation page will also be sent to the registered email IDs.
NEET PG 2021 application form correction window
In case of any incorrect information filled in the application form, registered applicants will be provided with an opportunity to edit some fields. NBE will open the facility of NEET PG correction window 2021 for all registered candidates. The authority will allow editing only few details in the application form correction window of NEET PG 2021, therefore, candidates are advised to fill the details carefully, else they will not be allowed to appear for counselling process.
Only the successfully registered candidates will be issued the admit card of NEET PG 2021. Earlier, NBE started releasing the NEET PG admit card 2021 at nbe.edu.in. However, now new NEET PG admit card will be released due to postponement of exam. The hall ticket of NEET PG can be downloaded by entering the user ID and password. NEET PG 2021 admit card must be downloaded and carried at the exam centre along with the ID proof for verification purposes.

I have accidentally entered incorrect Aggregate marks of MBBS in Neet pg 2021 application. As of now edit window is closed. what should i do now? Is there any kind of solution for this. please kindly reply.
NEET pg 2021 examination correction window date was extended allready. If you are not fill in this day then sorry to say but you can't change anything now. The correction window closed already in 7th April 2021. And NEET pg 2021 examination date is 18th April. So only few days are left. You can just revised your study. All the best.
my internship will complete in30 april2022 i will be eligible for neet pg 2023
A candidate must complete the one year internship on or before March 31, of the year of the entrance examination. For example if a candidate is appearing for NEET PG 2021 he/she must complete the one year internship on or before March 31, 2021. Similarly if a candidate is appearing for NEET PG 2022 he/she must complete the one year internship on or before March 31, 2022. So if you want to appear for NEET PG 2023 the one year internship must be completed on or before March 31, 2023. As you will complete the one year internship on April 30, 2022 you can appear for NEET PG provided that you must pass in MBBS degree and provide MBBS certificate or Provisional MBBS Pass Certificate recognized by the Indian Medical Council Act 1956. You must have MBBS qualification registration (permanent/provisional) certificate. This registration must be to be issued by MCI or State Medical Council (SMC) or Medical Council of India (MCI).
