A candidate must be a citizen of India.
Aspirants must be born on or before December 31, 2007 and have a domicile certificate issued by the Maharashtra government.
There will be no upper or maximum age limit.
Aspirants must have completed HSC examination (Class 12) with subjects English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany & Zoology) from a recognised authority.
General category aspirants must have scored a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate in the qualifying exam and 40% for reserved candidates.
