The NEET UG exam is held once a year, usually in May. It is an essential gateway for students seeking admission to MBBS, BDS, and other medical programmes in government and private medical colleges in India. As per the possible NEET 2025 exam pattern change, the choice of the optional questions might be removed from section B.   • Administrative challenges - If the NEET 2025 exam is conducted online, then it will be challenging to conduct the biggest medical entrance exam in a single day in a single shift.
