Admission to physiotherapy courses takes place in two ways, one based on the merit list and the other based on the marks obtained in entrance tests. Some colleges have their entrance tests for admission in physiotherapy courses; while some colleges accept candidates based on the marks obtained in class 12.
Based on the merit list: Candidates have to download and fill out the college admission form from the official website and also mention their course preferences. Candidates who scored good marks in the class 12 examination, which is at par or more than the cut-off decided by the college will be preferred. The last step in the admission process is the verification of the documents and payment of admission fees.
Based on counselling and interview: Interested candidates are required to fill out the entrance test form for the physiotherapy courses from the respective college. After clearing the entrance test, candidates will be called for counselling or an interview. The seats will be allotted based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the entrance examination as well as the category cut-off. Admission will be confirmed after the document verification and payment of the course fees.
