UP MBBS Admission 2023 - The Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET), Uttar Pradesh will start the registration for UP NEET 2023 counselling round two from August 16 onward. The complete schedule for UP MBBS admissions 2023 round two is available on the official website.
Admissions to UP NEET MBBS BDS admission are granted only on the basis of the NEET entrance exam. Round one of UP NEET 2023 counselling concluded on August 8. Aspirants who fulfil the eligibility criteria specified by the counselling committee for round two will be required to register and submit their application for UP MBBS/BDS admission before the last date. The UP NEET 2023 application form can only be filled in online mode. During the online UP MBBS registration, domicile candidates need to enter their personal, contact, academic, NEET 2023 and other details as asked. On the basis of NEET exam result details, UP NEET merit lists will be released mentioning the state ranks, which will be used for the counselling process.

Candidates included in the merit lists will be called for the UP NEET admission 2023 process. Before applying for UP NEET admissions, aspirants must check the basic NEET 2023 eligibility conditions as mentioned by the authorities. Some of the basic eligibility conditions have been mentioned below.
Aspirants should be 17 years old as on December 31, 2023.
It is mandatory for candidates to be a domicile of the state for admission to UP NEET 2023, If an applicant has completed their Class 10 and 12 from the schools located in the state, they do not have to provide their domicile certificate.
Whereas, if an aspirant has completed Class 10 and 12 outside the state, they have to furnish their actual domicile certificate.
Candidates have to complete their Class 12 with an aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English subjects. While reserved category candidates have to qualify for Class 12 with 40% and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) has to secure at least 45%

For UP MBBS admissions, it is mandatory for aspirants to fill out the application form for UP MBBS/BDS 2023. While filling out the DMET UP MBBS application form, aspirants will be required to fill in their personal, academic, contact, NEET 2023 details and other asked information. It should be verified that the details filled in the application form are correct as the admission details will be communicated through the filled details. DMET UP will release the merit list of UP NEET 2023 for each round separately. The authority will prepare the UP NEET merit list 2023 on the basis of the scores mentioned in the NEET results. Candidates will be able to download UP MBBS rank lists PDF from the links available on the page, when released. UP MBBS merit list 2023 will mention the state merit rank, names, father’s name, gender, category name, NEET marks, percentile and NEET All India Rank and remarks. Candidates included in the merit list of DMET UP MBBS 2023 will be called for the counselling process.
Candidates included in the merit lists will be required to report at the designated venue for verification of documents. The authority releases the schedule for document verification soon after the release of UP medical college admission merit lists. In case the candidate forgets any of the following documents, he/she will not be allowed to participate in the further admission process.

Aspirants who will be included in the merit list will be eligible to participate in UP MBBS 2023 counselling for admission under 85% of state quota seats. To participate in the NEET UP counselling process, candidates will have to undergo the document verification process. The authority will conduct the counselling of UP MBBS/BDS 2023 in three rounds which include mop-up. UP MBBS counselling 2023 will be done on the basis of the ranks of candidates.
During the seat allotment of UP MBBS admissions, students have to log in to fill in their choices of colleges to which they wish to get admission. They can select any number of colleges they want to UP MBBS/BDS allotment process. Based on these choices filled, seats available in these colleges, NEET UG All India Rank, reservation criteria and various factors, admission to UP MBBS 2023 will be granted.
Candidates who will be allotted a seat under UP NEET 2023 counselling result, will be required to report at the respective colleges for completion of the admission process. In case of any vacant seats left after round two, DMET, UP will organise a mop-up round of UP NEET counselling 2023 in offline mode.
