    The Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Uttar Pradesh releases the application form for UP NEET 2026 counselling on the official website, upneet.gov.in. NEET 2026 qualified candidates wishing to appear for the state counselling will have to fill the UP EET 2026 application form.     For UP MBBS/BDS 2026 registrations, aspirants must be qualified for the NEET entrance exam. Based on the scores obtained in the NEET 2026 exam, medical students are granted admission to 6428 MBBS and 2251 BDS seats in the medical and dental colleges of the state. UP NEET application form 2026 can be filled in five simple steps, which include UP NEET registration, uploading of documents, payment of fees, submission of form and printout of the application form.     Eligibility to fill UP MBBS application form 2026

    Before filling out the application form for UP NEET 2026 admissions, aspirants need to go through the eligibility criteria as mentioned by the state counselling authority. Aspirants can check some basic UP NEET eligibility conditions here.

    • Candidates should be 17 years old as of December 31, 2026.

    • Aspirants must fill the application form to be eligible for UP NEET admission.

    • NEET UG applicants should be bonafide residents of the state. In the case of aspirants who have completed Class 10 and 12 from Uttar Pradesh are not required to submit their domicile certificate.

    • Candidates who have passed either their Class 10 or Class 12 from any school located in the state have to provide a general domicile certificate.

    • However, students have to furnish their original domicile certificate if they have not studied from a particular state.

    • For admission to UP NEET/BDS 2026 private colleges, any candidate from any state will be eligible for admission.

    • To complete Class 12, eligible candidates have to obtain at least an aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English. While the reserved category and general PWD aspirants must secure 40% and 45%, respectively.

    • Along with this NEET cutoff percentile and scores should be obtained to qualify for the entrance exam.
