Candidates who are allotted a seat in the AIIMS MSc Nursing 2026 Round 1 Seat Allotment must log in to the online seat allocation portal and choose one of the available options. Candidates who fail to select any option within the deadline will lose their allotted seat and are not eligible to participate in the AIIMS MSc Nursing 2026 Round 2 Counselling. However, they can still participate in the Open Round.
Candidates who are satisfied with their allotted AIIMS and course should choose this option. After selecting this option, candidates need to:
Report to the allotted AIIMS by specified deadline.
Carry the Offer Letter and Seat Allocation Letter downloaded from the counselling portal.
Submit all original documents. If original certificates are not available, candidates can submit a Demand Draft (DD) of Rs 1 lakh in favour of AIIMS MAIN GRANT, payable at Ansari Nagar, along with photocopies of the documents. The DD will be returned once the original certificates are submitted.
Submit the original certificates before the deadline; otherwise, the admission will be cancelled and the deposited amount will be forfeited.
Important: By choosing this option, candidates will not be considered for the AIIMS MSc Nursing Round 2 seat allotment.
Candidates who want to keep their current seat while also trying for a better preference in the second round should select this option. After selecting this option, candidates must:
Report to the allotted AIIMS.
Carry the Offer Letter and deposit the original documents or submit a Demand Draft of Rs 1 lakh with photocopies if the originals are not available.
Complete the admission formalities within the prescribed deadline.
Note: If a candidate receives an upgraded seat in the AIIMS MSc Nursing 2025 Round 2 Seat Allotment, the Round 1 seat will be cancelled automatically. The candidate must join the newly allotted seat. Failure to join the upgraded seat will lead to a penalty of Rs 1 lakh.
