it is not necessary to choose the state of domicile while choosing your center. you can choose any city which is in the form. domicile is not necessary during the exam . you require them for the process of admission
Yes. according to the guidelines provide by NTA for NEET application it is required for you to put your name and the date on which the photograph is taken on the photograph along with 80% face coberage in the picture and having only white background and no caps or googles are to be worn. Do not attest the picture though.
