You must choose code 3 as you are from Andhra Pradesh and i am assuming you have passed the Karnataka PUC Examination.So, you have to choose code 3.

As you have competed your PUC 2 in 2019 and you are writing NEET this year (2020), According to the criteria mentioned by NTA, Code 3 applies to you. You are advised to fill 3 as your code in the application form.

Hello Usman,

Yes, you are eligible to appear for NEET UG 2020 as there is no age limit. Apart from this you need to fulfill other eligibility criterias which are given below

  • A candidate must have passed 10+2 with Biology/Bio-technology, Physics, Chemistry and English from a recognised board or university. Candidates belonging to general category must have atleast 50% aggregate, for PwD it's 45% and for SC/ST/OBC-NCL it's 40%
  • Candidate must be 17 years by 31st December, 2020

is green card used for neet reservations?

The only acceptable reservations are OBC-NCL, SC,ST and PWD. These are the acceptable reservations in All India Counselling. At State level, it depends on the State you belong to. But No. Green card holders or Green card is eligible for any reservation. They will be treated as Foreign Nationals.
