All India MBBS counselling 2026: Eligibility criteria

For the 85% state quota seats, the MBBS counselling 2026 eligibility criteria is set by the state authorities. Candidates looking for the 15% AIQ NEET counselling 2026 need to meet certain eligibility criteria.

• Candidates must have qualified for the NEET 2026 exam with the required minimum qualifying marks

• Candidates must have passed their 10 + 2 standard or its equivalent from a recognised board

• All the candidates should have successfully registered online on the MBBS counselling portal of the respective authority.

MCC MBBS counselling 2026

The MBBS counselling process is conducted in 4 rounds, including, the stray vacancy round. Below is a comprehensive overview of the MBBS 2026 counselling process.

• The first step is appearing for the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET-UG) and qualify it with the required NEET qualifying marks.

• After the entrance exam, the NEET result is announced, and a merit list is prepared based on candidates' scores. This All India Rank determines the order in which candidates can participate in NEET Counselling 2026 .

• Candidates must register themselves for the NEET Counselling on the official website of MCC.
