Go to the official website, natboard.edu.in
Click on the “Examinations” tab and select “NEET MDS 2026”
Click on the Application link provided
Select “New Registration” and enter the details asked
Upon successful completion of registration, a user ID and password will be generated
Use the generated User ID and password to log in and fill the NEET MDS application form 2026
Upload all the required documents asked in proper format
Pay the NEET MDS registration fee 2026
Submit and download the confirmation page for NEET MDS 2026

For NEET MDS registration 2026, candidates need some documents for uploading and filling out the details. The required documents for NEET MDS 2026 registration are as following-
Recent Passport Size Photograph: Must be coloured, taken against a white background, and should not be older than 3 months.
Real-Time Photograph: A mandatory live photo needs to be captured during the application process.
Scanned Signature: Must be on white paper using a black or blue pen.
Left Thumb Impression: A clear, scanned image of the left thumb.
Valid ID Proof: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License.
BDS Degree Certificate: Provisional or permanent degree.
Dental Registration Certificate: Issued by the State Dental Council (SDC) or Dental Council of India (DCI).
Internship Completion Certificate: A 12-month compulsory rotatory internship certificate by the prescribed cutoff date for internship (May 31, 2026).
BDS Marksheets: Details from all professional year marksheets.
Category Certificate: Valid SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD certificates if applicable.

In NEET MDS, the All India 50% category rank is your rank among candidates of the same category (like OBC, SC, ST) only for AIQ 50% seats. It helps in category-wise seat allotment during counseling. The lower the rank, the better your chances in your category.
