It is not possible to pursue MBBS without NEET in India. The National Medical Commission, which regulates medical education in India, has mandated that NEET is compulsory for admission to MBBS programmes in India. This rule applies to all the government medical colleges, private medical colleges, and deemed universities. As per the NMC guidelines, only such candidates who qualify for NEET are eligible to appear for NEET counselling and get admission to an MBBS programme in India

Just like government MBBS colleges in India, private medical colleges also require students to qualify for the NEET exam as per the guidelines of the NMC.
