Visit the official NEET website, neet.nta.nic.in
Click on the “NEET 2026 Candidate Login” link.
Select “Forgot Application Number?”
Enter the following details: Candidate’s Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Date of Birth, and Security Pin (Captcha)
Click on Submit

Visit the official NEET website, neet.nta.nic.in
Click on “NEET 2026 Candidate Login.”
Select “Forgot Password?”
Enter the following details: NEET 2026 Application Number, Date of Birth, and Security Pin
Click “Submit”
Option 1: Reset via OTP - An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number and email ID. Enter the OTP and create a new password.
Option 2: Reset via Security Question - Answer the security question selected during registration and set a new password.
Option 3: Reset via Reset Link - A password reset link will be sent to your registered email ID. After successful verification, create a new password and log in again.
