Step 1: Visit the Official Website

Go to the official website of NEET UG 2026, neet.nta.nic.in and click on the "Registration for NEET(UG)-2026" link.

Step 2: New Registration

Provide basic details such as the candidates name, date of birth, mobile number, and email ID. NTA will send an OTP for verification. Once verified, candidates get a unique application number and password.

Step 3: Fill the Application Form

Log in with the credentials and enter personal, academic, and contact details. Upload scanned copies of the passport-sized photo, signature, and other documents like Class 10/12 certificates, Aadhaar card, and category proof if applicable. Select three NEET exam city preferences.

Step 4: Pay the Application Fee

Pay the NEET 2026 form fees in online mode. The fees for NEET 2026 are as follows:

  • General/Unreserved: Rs. 1700

  • General-EWS/OBC-NCL: Rs. 1600

  • SC/ST/PwBD/Third Gender: Rs. 1000

Upon successful payment of the application form fee, the system automatically generates the NEET Confirmation Page 2026. Download it immediately and save a PDF copy.

Step 6: NEET 2026 Confirmation Page Download

The confirmation page of NEET 2026 can be downloaded immediately after the successful fee payment. However, If due to some reasons, a candidate fails to download it initially, they can follow these steps:

  • Go to neet.nta.nic.in and click the candidate login button.

  • Click "Forgot Password"

  • Choose a method to reset the password. The following options are available for it -

  • Option 1 (OTP): Receive an OTP on the registered mobile number or email.

  • Option 2 (Security Question): Answer the security question chosen during registration.

  • Option 3 (Email Link): Use a reset link sent to the registered email address.
