Provide basic details such as the candidates name, date of birth, mobile number, and email ID. NTA will send an OTP for verification. Once verified, candidates get a unique application number and password.
Log in with the credentials and enter personal, academic, and contact details. Upload scanned copies of the passport-sized photo, signature, and other documents like Class 10/12 certificates, Aadhaar card, and category proof if applicable. Select three NEET exam city preferences.
Pay the NEET 2026 form fees in online mode. The fees for NEET 2026 are as follows:
General/Unreserved: Rs. 1700
General-EWS/OBC-NCL: Rs. 1600
SC/ST/PwBD/Third Gender: Rs. 1000
