Visit the Official Website : Go to the official NEET website, which is ntaneet.nic.in .
Log in : Use your registered credentials (Application Number and Date of Birth) to log in to the NEET portal.
Download the Scorecard : Once logged in, you can find the link to download your NEET 2019 scorecard. Download it for your records.
Request Help from NTA : If you cannot access the scorecard through the portal, contact the National Testing Agency (NTA) helpline. They can guide you on retrieving your scorecard or re-issue it.
Check Your Email : The scorecard might also have been sent to your registered email address at the time of result declaration.
