In case two or more candidates secure equal marks in the NEET PG 2026 merit list, JKBOPEE will use the NEET MD/MS tie-breaking process as mentioned below.
Greater number of correct responses - Candidates with a greater number of correct responses will be placed higher in NEET PG merit list
Lesser number of negative responses - If the tie still exists, Aspirants with less number of negative answers will be allotted better rank
Age - If the tie exists, the older candidate will be given first preference
Higher aggregate marks in MBBS - Candidates securing higher aggregate marks (in percentage) in all MBBS professional examinations will be considered first in NEET PG merit list 2026.

However, you must declare your category (OBC-NCL) to claim reservation benefits and enter the certificate details. You must provide the physical certificate during counseling and document verification.

As of now, the revised NEET MDS 2026 eligibility/qualifying score has not been officially announced by NBEMS . The current qualifying criteria remain:
General/EWS: 50th percentile
SC/ST/OBC: 40th percentile
General PwD: 45th percentile
