Maharashtra MBBS Application Details

The counselling authority of the state will release the application form for Maharashtra MBBS/BDS. The tentative date for release is second week of June. Candidates need to fill in the application forms in order to be eligible for Maharashtra MBBS/BDS admission.


Maharashtra MBBS Eligibility Criteria

  • The candidate who is an Indian citizen including PIO and OCI.

  • The candidate should be a domicile of Maharashtra state.

  • The candidate must be born on or before December 31, 2001, which means the candidate should not be less than 17 years of age at the time of admission or December 31, 2018.

  • The candidate must be medically fit to pursue the course.

  • The candidate must have passed Class 10 or equivalent examination from an institute situated in the state of Maharashtra.

  • The candidate must have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination from an institute situated in Maharashtra with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Botany & Zoology).

  • The candidate must have scored at least 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology considering he/she belongs to the Open category in Class 12 or equivalent examination. The candidates belonging to reserved category and PwD under reserved category must obtain at least 40% marks in the above-mentioned subjects. For PwD candidates belonging to the Open (Unreserved) category, the minimum qualifying percentage is 45%.

  • The candidate must secure minimum required percentile in NEET 2018.

Your marks are less but as you can get a seat in govt. College on your category rank. But try in counseling till last round
