Candidates should note that the AIAPGET 2026 qualifying cutoff and admission cutoff are two different things. The qualifying cutoff is the minimum percentile that a candidate needs to secure in the entrance examination to be considered qualified. On the other hand, the admission cutoff refers to the rank at which seats are allotted and closed during counselling.
The qualifying cutoff is determined for the entrance examination and is used to decide whether a candidate has cleared the minimum eligibility requirement for counselling. It is expressed as a percentile, with the corresponding marks varying by AYUSH stream and category. Candidates who meet the prescribed qualifying requirement become eligible to participate in the AIAPGET counselling process.
The admission cutoff of AIAPGET exam is determined during the counselling process. It is represented as the last rank or score at which a particular course and college receives an allotment in a specific counselling round.
