INI CET Most Expected Questions 2026: Nobody can tell you the exact questions that will come in the INI CET exam. What we can do is look at what has been repeated and practise those. The INI CET January 2027 session is on November 1, 2026, so the last few days should go to high-yield topics, not new chapters. This article lists the most expected INI CET questions for 2026, built from topics that keep coming back in INI CET previous years' papers. Use them for last-minute revision, to find weak areas, and to get used to the clinical, image-based and case-based style AIIMS asks.

INI CET Most Expected Questions 2026: How We Picked Them?

The exam is a computer-based test of 200 MCQs in 3 hours, with +1 for a correct answer and −⅓ for a wrong one. With so many questions and negative marking, your best use of the last days is to revise what keeps coming back.

How we picked them. We classified 963 questions from five past papers. We took them from chapters that appeared in at least four of the papers (Genetics, Neurology, Cardiology, Pulmonology, Obstetrics, Gynaecology, General Pharmacology, Neoplasia, GI Surgery, Endocrine Surgery and Systemic Bacteriology), and from the few questions that repeated almost word for word. We then checked each answer against standard teaching and dropped any key we were not comfortable with.

How to Use Most Expected INI CET Questions List

    1. Attempt without options first. Say the answer, then look at the choices.

    2. Revise the idea behind each answer. For example, after question 22, revise all MYC-related tumours.

    3. Then go wider. Build your plan from the syllabus and practise with the INI CET previous year papers.

    4. Guess carefully. Guess only after removing options, because wrong answers cost ⅓ mark.

    5. Check the answers yourself. The keys come from the papers. Confirm anything doubtful in a standard textbook.

Q: Can anyone predict the exact INI CET 2026 questions?
    A:

No. This list is a set of past questions from chapters that kept repeating, chosen by us as practice. It is not a prediction.

Q: Are INI CET questions repeated?
    A:

Individual questions rarely repeat. In our check of about 1,000 stems, four came back almost word for word. Chapters repeat much more often.

Q: Is there negative marking in INI CET?
    A:

Yes. Each correct answer gives +1, each wrong answer deducts ⅓ of a mark, and unanswered questions score zero.
