King George’s Medical University, Lucknow conducts the Common Recruitment Test (CRT) for Nursing Officer posts. The authority has released the KGMU Nursing Officer recruitment application form 2025. KGMU Nursing Officer eligibility criteria 2025
Candidates wishing to apply for KGMU Nursing Officer Recruitment Test must fulfil certain eligibility criteria set by the authority. The KGMU Nursing Officer eligibility criteria 2025 can be checked below.
Candidates should have completed B.Sc Nursing or B.Sc (Hons) or post basic from a recognised institute in India.
The candidate should be registered as Nurses and Midwife with the state or Indian Nursing Council.
OR
Candidates with a Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery (GNM) from an Indian Nursing Council recognised institute are also eligible.
Registered as Nurses and Midwife with state or Indian Nursing Council.
Candidates with a Diploma in GNM should have at least two years of experience in a minimum 50 bedded hospital.
Age criteria
The minimum age must be 18 years at the time of admission. The upper age limit to apply for KGMU Nursing Officer is 40 years.

The application form of KGMU nursing officer can be filled in online mode only. Eligible candidates have to register on the official KGMU website, kgmu.org/job.php. Candidates can check the steps of KGMU Nursing Officer application form filling below.
Step 1: KGMU Nursing Officer recruitment registration
Candidates must visit the official website, kgmu.org/job.php. Fill in the basic details such as full name, date of birth, category, post applied for, gender, email and mobile number. The User ID and password will be sent on the registered mobile number and email address. Once the registration is done, login using the newly created password.
Step 2: Filling out KGMU Nursing Officer application form
Candidates must fill in the required details such as personal, educational, correspondence and permanent address details. Fill in the experience details including name of the organisation worked, designation, start date and other information.
Step 3: Uploading scanned documents
Students have to upload the necessary documents in the prescribed format. These documents include a photograph, signature. The size of the photograph and signature should not exceed 80 Kb.
Step 4: Paying application form fee
Candidates must pay the requisite KGMU Nursing Officer application fee in online mode. Pay the application fee online through debit card/ credit card/ net banking or UPI.
