AIIMS, New Delhi conducts the Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test twice in a year. The NORCET exam is conducted in two stages. Stage I is the preliminary stage exam and Stage II is the main exam. Candidates qualifying for the NORCET prelims exam are eligible to appear for the Stage II exam.

As per the NORCET full form and details, stage I exam is of 90 minutes duration where candidates have to answer 100 multiple choice questions. Stage II exam is of 180 minutes duration where candidates have to answer 160 multiple choice questions. There is a provision of negative marking in the NORCET exam wherein 1/3rd marks are deducted for every incorrect answer.
