The Uttarakhand NEET PG application form 2025 has been released by the Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Uttarakhand Medical Education University (HNBUMU), Dehradun. The application form of Uttarakhand NEET PG 2025 could be filled online from November 6 to 20, 2025. Only such candidates who fill the application form are eligible to participate in the 50% state quota Uttarakhand NEET PG 2025 counselling.
According to the NEET PG counselling 2025 criteria, the counselling registration fee is non-refundable, but the security deposit fee is refundable and can be refunded in certain circumstances during the counselling.

The Uttarakhand NEET PG admission will be conducted for 1230 seats in MS/MD/PG Diploma courses and 36 seats in MDS courses. Candidates qualifying for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET PG) for postgraduates can apply. The authority prepares the merit list based on the marks scored by the candidates in NEET PG. On the basis of the merit list, the HNBUMU conducts counselling sessions for postgraduate courses in medical and dental colleges. 50% of the seat quota seats are reserved by HNBUMU and the remaining 50% is conducted under the All India Quota (AIQ). To apply for admission to Uttarakhand NEET PG, the aspirant must comply with the eligibility criteria stated by the authority. The Uttarakhand NEET PG 2025 eligibility criteria are as follows:
Aspirants must be an Indian citizen.
Aspirants must have the Uttarakhand domicile certificate.
Aspirants must secure the minimum NEET PG 2025 qualifying cut-off.
Candidates must have completed MBBS from the Medical Council of India recognised medical college in Uttarakhand.
Completion of one year of rotatory internship is compulsory.
Medical students pursuing a postgraduate degree or postgraduate diploma can also apply.
Candidates must provide a provisional pass certificate of BDS/MBBS degree from a recognised respective institution.
Aspirants must be registered with the Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India or the State Dental/Medical Council.
Candidates must secure the minimum qualifying cutoff required in NEET PG.
Aspirants must be working as Provisional Medical and Health Services (PMHS) officers in Uttarakhand.

HNBUMU releases the application form for Uttarakhand NEET PG admission on its official website. Eligible candidates can apply at hnbumu.ac.in. Aspirants need to register first at the website before filling out the application form. Candidates must fill out the basic details while registering. After the successful registration, candidates receive their registration ID and password in the registered mobile number and email ID.
Once the registration is completed, candidates are required to log in to the portal using the login credentials. After logging in, candidates can start filling out the Uttarakhand state NEET PG application form. Aspirants must enter their basic, educational, NEET scores and other details in the fields provided. Candidates are advised to upload scanned copies of their photographs, signatures, and other documents in the format and dimensions specified by the authority. The photograph must be in JPG or JPEG format.
After the completion of the application process, candidates will receive their application number. It is advised that the candidates must fill out the application carefully as the information provided in the application form is used in counselling.
After filling out the application form, the portal is redirected to the payment gateway. Candidates can make the payment through Internet banking, debit/credit card or UPI transaction. Under no circumstances, the application fee once paid is not refunded. After the payment is done, the aspirants are redirected to the confirmation page and a transaction ID is generated. Candidates are advised to keep the transaction details safe for further reference. In case, candidates have to change the details in the application form they have to pay Rs 500 as Uttarakhand NEET PG correction fee.
