If two or more candidates secure equal marks in the entrance examination, the authority applies the tie breaking rule to assign distinct ranks to each candidate. The AIIMS PG result tie breaking criteria can be checked below.

In case tie is not resolved, a candidate older in age secure higher overall rank.
After the AIIMS PG 2025 result is declared, candidates who qualify are eligible for the next stages of the admission process. Qualified candidates are required to register for the INI CET counselling conducted by the AIIMS, New Delhi. Candidates have to fill their choices of courses and institutes within the specified dates. Based on their AIIMS PG rank, choices filled, seat availability and reservation policy, the seat allotment is done. Those who are allotted a seat must accept the allotment and report to the allotted institute with the allotment letter.
