ACPUGMEC conducts the Gujarat MBBS/BDS 2024 counselling in an online mode for 85% state quota and 100% private colleges seats. Only candidates who fill out the Gujarat MBBS application form 2024, get documents verified, and included in the state merit list are eligible for counselling. Two rounds of Gujarat NEET counselling 2024 followed by a mop-up round in case of vacant seats are conducted. Check the step-by-step process of Gujarat MBBS 2024 counselling below.

Step 2: Choice filling NEET UG 2024 Gujarat

After logging in, students can check the list of medical and dental colleges in the state participating in the counselling of Gujarat MBBS/BDS 2024 during the choice filling NEET UG 2024 Gujarat. Candidates need to fill their choices of courses and colleges they wish to pursue in the order of preference. After filling all the choices for Gujarat NEET counselling, students must lock the choices filled.

Authority prepares the seat allotment list after each round of Gujarat MBBS/BDS 2024 counselling. The seat allotment list of Gujarat MBBS 2024 is prepared on the basis of choices filled by candidates, state merit rank, seat matrix, and other factors. The result of Gujarat NEET counselling 2024 is published in an online mode at medadmgujarat.ncode.in. Candidates can check Gujarat MBBS 2024 seat allotment by logging in using user ID, password, and 14-digit pin after the result declaration.

Gujarat MBBS admission payment of fee

Shortlisted candidates need to pay the tuition fee for Gujarat MBBS admission 2024. The fee can be paid either online or via cash/demand draft at the bank. After successful payment, candidates must download the fee payment receipt of Gujarat NEET admission 2024.

Reporting for Gujarat MBBS 2024 admission

Candidates who are granted seats in Gujarat counselling NEET UG 2024 need to report to the allotted colleges. At the time of reporting candidates are required to submit their original documents for Gujarat MBBS admission. Check the list of documents to be submitted below.

What after round 1 of Gujarat State NEET counselling 2024

Candidates allotted seats in the first round of Gujarat NEET counselling can follow the above-discussed steps and reserve their admission. However, if a candidate is not satisfied with a seat allotted in Gujarat NEET 2024 seat allotment, he/she can opt for upgradation in the next round of counselling. Such candidates need to login and give their online consent to participate in the second round of Gujarat MBBS counselling 2024.

If the candidate is allotted an upgraded seat in round two of Gujarat MBBS/BDS seat allotment, he/she need to report to the help centre to receive the admission order for seat upgradation. If the seat allotted to a candidate is not upgraded in Gujarat MBBS 2024 counselling round two, the previously allotted seat is retained.

Second round of Gujarat state counselling for NEET UG 2024

All the candidates included in the Gujarat MBBS merit list are eligible for round two of counselling. Candidates need to login using their credentials and submit online consent for participating in Gujarat MBBS/BDS 2024 counselling. Students have the option to modify their preferences of course and colleges for round two of Gujarat NEET counselling. Authority releases the seat allotment of Gujarat MBBS 2024 based on the availability of total MBBS seats in Gujarat 2024, choices filled, merit rank, and other factors. Selected candidates need to report to the allotted institute for securing Gujarat MBBS/BDS admission seat.

A score of 149 in NEET may not guarantee entry into a government dental college, not to say a first-grade one. You still stand chances with private dental colleges.

What do you do?

The Cutoff Trends: Look at the last year cut off score for NEET for private dental colleges in your state or region. This would tell you how likely your chances are of getting admission.

State Quota Seats: If you are domicile of any state, you can check the cut-off for government and private dental college specific to that state. The cutoff scores for State Quota seats are generally low compared to All India Quota.

Private Colleges: Most private dental colleges admit candidates with lower NEET scores. However, the fees in private colleges are generally higher.

Explore Other Options: If the seat in dentistry does not work out, then you could consider other healthcare-related courses like B. Sc Nursing, B. Pharm, or B. Sc. Microbiology.

Iam the eligibility person for 7.5% reservation and sc community so safe required score for me in neet 2025

Mainly it's depends on paper difficulty and number of candidates appeared for NEET exam which is more than 23 lakh. if you belong to sc category it might be easier to you .As you can see this year tremendous jump of Cut off from 620 to 655 for general category And even some General category students can't get government College seat at this score.

If the same scenario happens next year, the safe score would be 560 plus for sc category.

So ,to the conclusion, for sc category, the safe mark would be between 560 to 660.

Yes, you can get a seat depending on the cut-off mark but in non clinical post at this rank.if you are satisfied with this go ahead or you can do is try next year and achieve good rank for clinical.

Keep trying till the last round and you'll definitely make it. Make sure you enter the right colleges during option entry with the priority according to their cut-off rank and availability of seats.
