Earlier, round 1 final allotment result for Kerala NEET PG counselling was released on November 29, 2025. Candidates have to report to their allotted college from December 1 to 7, 2025.
The last date for registration and choice-filling for MCC NEET PG counselling 2025 is December 9 and 12, 2025, respectively. The authority will soon release a revised schedule for NEET PG Counselling 2025 for round 2.

To be eligible for admission, applicants must be aware of the eligibility requirements. Anyone who meets the prerequisites listed below is eligible to apply for admission to the medical college:
Origin - Candidates must be of Indian origin or a person of Kerala origin, or a Person of Indian Origin(PIO)/Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) with roots in Kerala.
Domicile - Those aspirants who are wards of non-Keralite parents but have pursued their MBBS degree from medical colleges in Kerala and have opted for Kerala as their domicile are eligible to appear for Kerala PG medical admission
Age - There is no upper age limit for admission to PG Medical courses.
Degree - Aspirants must have an MBBS degree or pass certificate issued to them by a medical college that is recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI)
Registration certificate - Candidates must be registered with MCI or State Medical Council (SMC). They will have to submit their registration certificate to the authorities at the time of registration.
Internship - Candidates must complete a one-year rotatory internship on or before August 15, 2025. They must also possess the certificate of completion of the same
Minimum qualifying percentile - To be eligible for Kerala PG medical admission 2025, candidates must secure the NEET PG cutoff.
