December 10, 2024: The National Medical Commission (NMC) has released the notice on its official website regarding the tentative exam date of NEET PG 2025. The tentative NEET PG exam date 2025 is June 15, 2025. The cut off date for internship completion has set as July 31, 2025.

November 27, 2024: The NBE released the exam calendar for the academic session 2025 without announcing the NEET PG exam date 2025.
The Supreme Court has issued several directions to the NEET PG officials in order to prevent certain flaws in the system. The court has ordered officials to implement a Nationally synchronized counselling calendar to align AIQ and state rounds and prevent seat blocking during the counselling process. The court also asked authorities to publish raw scores, answer keys and normalisation formulae in the multi-shift exam mode. It also stated that Aadhaar based tracking must be done to curb seat blocking and impose strict penalties on such candidates including disqualification from appearing in next NEET PG exams and confiscation of security deposits.
