MBBS degree certificate/provisional certificate

Compulsory rotatory internship completion certificate (must be completed by the specified date)
Permanent/provisional registration certificate from NMC or State Medical Council
Domicile certificate (for Rajasthan state quota candidates)
Caste certificate (if applicable, SC/ST/OBC, issued by competent authority)
EWS certificate (if applicable, valid for the current year)
PwD/disability certificate (if applicable, as per guidelines)
Passport-size photographs
If a candidate is allotted a seat for the first time or through upgradation in Round 3 of counselling and fails to report or join the allotted institute, the security deposit will be forfeited. Such candidates will also be barred from participating in the stray vacancy round.
Candidates who will join the round 3 allotted seats will not be allowed to participate in the stray round counselling.
A candidate who joins the course after being allotted a seat in round 3 counselling or retains a seat allotted in an earlier round during round 3, will not be permitted to resign from the course, including withdrawal of original documents, on or before the last date of admission as notified by MCC/NMC.
