The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Chennai has released the Tamil Nadu NEET PG merit list 2025 for both the Government quota and management quota under the 50% state quota counselling on November 4, 2025. Only the candidates listed in the TN Merit list 2025 are eligible to register online and fill their choices for Tamil Nadu NEET PG counselling 2025. The merit list is released in PDF format. The NEET PG 2025 merit list of Tamil Nadu includes the names, roll numbers, NEET PG/MDS scores, state rank and All India Rank (AIR) of the candidates. The steps to download the merit list are as follows:

You may get a seat in private or deemed colleges , mainly in UP. Chances in other states like Maharashtra, Karnataka, Telangana, Tamil Nadu are lower due to domicile rules and local quota preference.

  1. Top: Private/deemed colleges in UP for Surgery.

  2. Backup: Other clinical branches (Orthopaedics, ENT, Ophthalmology) in private/deemed colleges.
