NTA opens the correction window for NEET 2026. The correction window for NEET 2026 provides candidates with an opportunity to make corrections to their NEET application form.
To make corrections in the NEET application form 2026 using the correction window, medical aspirants need to follow the below-mentioned steps:
Step 1: Click on the link to be provided on this page
Step 2: Login using NEET 2026 application number and password
Step 3: Click on the link mentioning “Corrections in NEET application form”
Step 4: Modify the details and then click on ‘Final submit’
Step 5: One Time Password (OTP) is sent to the registered number. Enter the same
Step 6: Take a printout of the NEET application form correction slip for future reference
In the NEET 2026 correction window, candidates have the opportunity to update certain fields such as their personal information (including name, date of birth, and gender), category, preferred exam centre, uploaded documents (like your photo, signature, and thumb impression), parents' names, exam medium, and disability status.

Go to the official website: neet.nta.nic.in
Click on the ‘NEET candidate login’ link
Enter the application number and password received while registering for NEET 2026
A message to change images in the form is displayed on the screen
Upload the correct passport-size photographs and signature
After submitting the corrections, an OTP is sent to the registered mobile number
Download the correction slip for future reference
There may be chances that candidates do not receive any mail or SMS from NTA regarding the discrepancy in the NEET application form. Step 3: Then, click on the link stating ‘Correction in Application Form’

Step 4: Verify with OTP to proceed for correction in NEET UG application form

Once all the corrections in the NEET application form 2026 are done, aspirants need to click on the submit button. In case for more corrections, click on the ‘back’ button or select the ‘preview and submit’ option for successful submission.
Note: It must be noted that the changes once submitted cannot be changed, therefore, aspirants need to be careful during modifications.
Step 6: Cross-check the edited fields in the preview section. On the preview page, the corrections made in NEET 2026 application are displayed in ‘Red’ colour with the modification done. After verifying, enter the One Time Password (OTP) received in the mobile number and email ID, then, click on ‘final submit’.
Once the final submission is done, a pop-up message stating, “This is a one-time correction facility. No corrections are allowed after final submission.” Candidates can proceed by selecting the option ‘Yes, please do’. In case of some other edits, click on ‘oops! No option. Once the final submission is done, NTA do not entertain any request for NEET correction 2026.
Step 7: After the successful submission of the NEET application correction form 2026, candidates must take a printout of the correction slip. To take a printout, click on the link, ‘click here to print this page’ available in the blue font at the top of the screen.
In case of changes in the category, students are required to deposit the additional fees. The application fees should be submitted in online mode through net banking or debit/credit cards on or before the last date of the correction window.

Hello Vandana. For a lot of previous year questions its better to get MTGs previous year question booklet for all three subjects. As it has chapter wise detailed previous year questions for atleast previous 36 years. Or just download the soft copy of the book if you can find one
