• A message to change images in the form is displayed on the screen

Step 1: Click on the link available on this page

Step 2: Enter the application number, password and security code

Candidates must login by entering their application number, password and security pin.

Step 3: Then, click on the link stating ‘Correction in Application Form’

Step 4: Verify with OTP to proceed for correction in NEET UG application form

Step 5: In the application form, students can edit/delete/modify the following details through NEET application correction guide 2026:

• Gender

• Nationality

• Category

• Sub-category

Once all the corrections in the NEET application form 2026 are done, aspirants need to click on the submit button. In case for more corrections, click on the ‘back’ button or select the ‘preview and submit’ option for successful submission.

Note: It must be noted that the changes once submitted cannot be changed, therefore, aspirants need to be careful during modifications.

Step 6: Cross-check the edited fields in the preview section. On the preview page, the corrections made in NEET 2026 application are displayed in ‘Red’ colour with the modification done. After verifying, enter the One Time Password (OTP) received in the mobile number and email ID, then, click on ‘final submit’.

Once the final submission is done, a pop-up message stating, “This is a one-time correction facility. No corrections are allowed after final submission.” Candidates can proceed by selecting the option ‘Yes, please do’. In case of some other edits, click on ‘oops! No option. Once the final submission is done, NTA do not entertain any request for NEET correction 2026.

Step 7: After the successful submission of the NEET application correction form 2026, candidates must take a printout of the correction slip. To take a printout, click on the link, ‘click here to print this page’ available in the blue font at the top of the screen.

• In case of changes in the category, students are required to deposit the additional fees. The application fees should be submitted in online mode through net banking or debit/credit cards on or before the last date of the correction window.

• Candidates can take the printout of NEET correction slip 2026 by logging in using their credentials and clicking on the link, ‘Click here to take the printout of correction slip’.
