Tripura MBBS Merit List 2019 – The Directorate of Medical Education has released the Tripura MBBS 2019 merit list of counselling round 2 on July 23, 2019. The list released is for all candidates irrespective of document verification. A link to the same is given below. Preliminary state merit list:
To be considered eligible for merit list of Tripura MBBS, a candidate has to score the minimum qualifying percentile in the NEET 2019 UG examination. Candidates can check the table below for the required minimum percentile of NEET 2019.

To choose a candidate if two or more candidate have same NEET 2019 score, a tie-breaker has been used. The criteria has been listed below which was used to break the tie -
The candidate who have scored higher in Biology is preferred over the one with lesser marks.
If tie still remains, the candidate who has higher marks in Chemistry is given preference over other candidates.
Candidates who has lesser number of wrong answers in NEET is given preference.
If the above three tie-breaking criteria does not resolve the tie, then the candidate who is older in age is considered over a younger candidate.
Candidates who have qualified the NEET examination and satisfy the state eligibility criteria has been considered for the merit list of Tripura MBBS 2019.
Merit list of Tripura MBBS 2019 has been prepared in accordance with the national merit list released by NTA.

code 2 is for the candidates who have completed their 12th that is equivalent to 10+2 higher /senior secondary examination(CBSE).Here the candidates will have to undergo a period of pre-professional training before admission to the medical colleges.
