Applicants need to upload all the documents as per the NEET 2026 document checklist while filling the application form. 2. Signature: Candidates must have signed with a blue/black pen on the white paper. Check the specifications for the signature below.

3. Thumb Impression: The thumb impression needs to be printed with blue ink and should be clear and readable.

4. Valid Photo Identity Proof: Candidates have to upload any one of the below mentioned photo ID proofs.

Candidates must note that digital copies or photocopies are not accepted at the NEET exam centre.
