NEET 2026 Document Checklist for Application Form

1. Photograph: Both Passport and Postcard Sized

• Recent photograph

• White or light background

• Face clearly visible (no mask, cap, or sunglasses)

2. Signature: Candidates must have signed with a blue/black pen on the white paper. Check the specifications for the signature below.

3. Thumb Impression: The thumb impression needs to be printed with blue ink and should be clear and readable.

4. Valid Photo Identity Proof: Candidates have to upload any one of the below mentioned photo ID proofs.

• Driving Licence

The same ID must be carried to the exam centre.
