Essential qualification:
Candidates must have completed BSc Nursing or BSc Nursing Post Basic from Indian Nursing Council/ state nursing council recognized institute or university.
Candidates must be registered as Nurses and Midwife with the State/ Indian Nursing Council.
OR
Candidates must have completed Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery from an Indian Nursing Council/ state nursing council.
Candidates must be registered as Nurses and Midwife with the State/ Indian Nursing Council.
They must possess two years of experience in a 50 bedded hospital after acquiring the degree.
Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 30 years of age. Age is calculated from the last date of filling the AIIMS NORCET application form. This criteria is applicable for all AIIMS.
The AIIMS NORCET application form is released in online mode at the official website. Candidates must submit the application form of AIIMS NORCET 10 2026 exam on or before the last date. Register by filling full name, date of birth, gender, email ID and mobile number.
AIIMS NORCET 10 login credentials are sent to the registered email address.
Enter the credentials to login and change password and login again using the newly created credentials.
Fill the required details such as educational qualification and working experience.
Pay the application form fee.
In the next step, candidates have to enter the test city as per their preference.
Upload the images in the specified format.
Review the filled details carefully and click on ‘Save’.
Download and take print out of the filled form for future reference.

Once the NORCET 10 application window is closed, the authority provides an opportunity to the registered candidates to edit their application form by opening the correction window. Through the AIIMS NORCET 10 correction window candidates can rectify all the details except the category. Categories once filled cannot be changed after the payment of registration fees.
Prior to issuing the admit cards, the authority releases the AIIMS NORCET 10 city intimation slip. The NORCET city intimation slip mentions the information of the allotted exam city, city and others. Candidates have to download the NORCET 10 city information slip from the official website by entering their login credentials. Through the city intimation slip, candidates can make necessary travel arrangements for the exam day.
The authority issues the AIIMS NORCET 10 admit cards to the registered candidates only. The AIIMS NORCET admit cards are issued in online mode at the official website. Candidates are required to download the admit card of AIIMS NORCET 10 2026 by entering their login credentials. It must be noted that admit cards are not sent by post and can be downloaded from the official website only.

The AIIMS NORCET 10 exam is conducted in computer based mode. Candidates are required to answer multiple choice questions within the specified time. AIIMS, New Delhi announces the prelims NORCET 10 result at the official website. The AIIMS NORCET cutoff marks are also released along with the declaration of the result. Candidates who qualify for the stage I exam are eligible for the Mains examination. The AIIMS NORCET merit list is prepared based on the marks obtained in the Stage II examination.
In case two or more candidates secure equal marks in AIIMS NORCET 10 exam, the authority applies the below mentioned tie breaking criteria.
A candidate older in age is placed higher.
If the tie is not resolved, the candidate with fewer wrong answers is considered first.

Candidates who are declared as qualified in the AIIMS NORCET 10 stage II exam are required to fill the application form mentioning their choices of institutes. On the basis of NORCET 10 merit list, the seats are allocated in the institutes. Candidates who are allotted seats in the institutes have to accept the allocated seat in online mode and have to report at the institute as per the schedule provided by the authority.
