    Andhra Pradesh BSc Nursing Counselling 2026: Eligibility Criteria

    Candidates who want to participate in AP BSc Nursing Counselling 2026 must meet the following eligibility requirements:

    • NEET UG 2026: Candidates must have appeared for NEET UG 2026, conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). NEET UG 2026 is the qualifying entrance examination for BSc Nursing admission in Andhra Pradesh.

    • Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens and must fulfil the applicable local or non-local status requirements of Andhra Pradesh.

    • Educational qualification: Candidates must have passed Class 12/Intermediate or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB). English must be a compulsory subject.

    • Vocational candidates: Candidates who completed Intermediate Vocational must have passed the required Bridge Course in Biological and Physical Sciences.

    AP BSc Nursing 2026 Counselling Process

    The AP BSc Nursing 2026 counselling process is conducted online by Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences (Dr. NTRUHS). Candidates have to complete the application process, get their names included in the merit list, exercise web options, and report to the allotted college after seat allotment.

    Step 1: Fill the AP BSc Nursing 2026 Application Form

    Candidates first need to register online for AP BSc Nursing counselling through the official Dr. NTRUHS website. The application process of AP BSc nursing 2026 counselling is as following -

    • Visit the official counselling website.

    • Register using the required details.

    • Enter personal, academic and NEET UG 2026 details.

    • Upload the required documents and certificates.

    • Pay the prescribed application fee.

    • Submit the application form.

    • Download and keep a copy of the submitted application for future reference.

    Step 2: Release of Merit List

    After receiving applications, the university verifies the candidates' eligibility and documents. It then publishes the AP BSc Nursing 2026 merit list. The merit list contains the names/ranks of candidates who are eligible to participate in the counselling process. Candidates should check the list carefully and raise objections, if permitted by the university.

    Step 3: Choice Filling/Web Options

    Candidates included in the eligible merit list are allowed to exercise web options for their preferred BSc Nursing colleges. During this stage, candidates need to follow these steps:

    • Log in to the counselling portal.

    • View the available colleges/seats.

    • Select their preferred colleges.

    • Arrange the choices in their preferred order.

    • Submit and save the web options before the deadline.

    Step 4: AP BSc Nursing 2026 Seat Allotment Result

    After the web-option window closes, Dr. NTRUHS processes the choices and releases the college-wise seat allotment result. Candidates can check their allotment by logging into the counselling portal. The result indicates the college/course allotted to the candidate.

    Step 5: Reporting to the Allotted College

    Candidates who accept their allotted seat must report to the respective college within the specified deadline. At the time of reporting, candidates should carry the required original documents and their photocopies, along with the allotment-related documents and fee payment proof, as specified by the university/college.
